Order was ready at Ellon on a trolley
Order was ready at Ellon on a trolley for me when i arrived. A little confusion in that no confirmation email to say it was ready and the guy that phoned didn't leave a message, so when i phoned to see who was calling, i was put through to Inverurie & nobody knew who it was! Nobody able to help me move the heavy trolley but i managed through the snow & ice thankfully.

The delivery itself was brilliant
The delivery itself was brilliant, and the driver was v helpful and friendly. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is not getting any message from GPH to let me know when the delivery was due. It was just luck I was in. But I’d still use again. Great product, price and service- just let me know……
