When my contract lapsed, I was assigned a Default Rate that was 25% higher than the rate from my utility provider. Not happy about that! Also the website is useless as I have no account access.

Sunwave has been great to work with. They make the electrical distribution charges very understandable. And they also tell you that as long as you stay with sunwave you can transfer ito cheaper rates at any time without paying termination fees. The customer service people who speak with you on the phone are very nice.

Service is excellent but the current rates are very close to the existing UI rate. The gap has narrowed compared to the previous rates. Maybe UI is trying to win back customers.
