Was exactly what I ordered and arrived quickly! Would highly recommend.

The headset I purchased arrived fast but when the headset didn't work I had to send it back only to have very poor customer service and the company stuff me around in giving me a refund that I still haven't received weeks later and apparently there business in 2024 operates with out phone service as I was informed by them and only uses email to communicate with there customers. This takes 24 plus to get a response for ever msg sent back and forth. So the items brought might of arrived fast but there ability to deal with any issues with a purchase is nothing but sad.. edited I eventually got a refund on 2.4.24 for for my purchase on the 7.3.24 I still feel this could of been handled far better

Problems processing the order. But support was OK.

Item was placed on hold without any notification, and only actually sent after submitting two complaints. Item then took far longer than it should have to arrive.

The product is good and works well. Delivery was quick. They do what they say they will.

Variety of peripherals other sites do not have. Unfortunately there was a big delay in postage but after communicating with GG team I was refunded the shipping costs. Little things show they care for their customers.

As described, well made and the keys make a nice click sound, arrived quickly too.

1. I only ordered through your website as it had a .com.au website address, leading me to believe it was an Australian website, therefore, located in Australia. 2. It has "Australia's gaming super store" on it's page - again, leading me to believe it is located in Australia, therefore, postage would be swift. 3. Postage was NOT swift. 4. Scamware constantly pops up and my Internet security keeps warning me that your site is NOT safe. 5. Your order page promises $5.90 flat rate shipping, yet I was charged $11.44. 6. Our order was NOT dispatched quickly, and the reason I chose to order through you and not another "Australian" website was because you promised all of the above - flat rate shipping, fast dispatching, and FROM Australia. 7. The order was placed on the 26th, it is now 5 days later and it has NOT left your establishment. I know that there has been a weekend and a public holiday in there, but there has also been 3 business days, and we're still here waiting for the game to even be posted. PATHETIC!! Will never order with you again. Can now understand why you have so many bad ratings.... which I chose to ignore because of your websites promises. Lesson learnt.

The product doesn't work properly, the fan randomly comes on even when I try and turn it off. The stand spazes out when I put 2 controllers on change. My brother got one that can charges both and and has fan on, mine stops charging as soon as fan is on and both controllers starts blinking on front display like its an overload.

I wasn't aware this was a subsidiary of mighty ape. This means they sent me the NZ copy of the game - despite the advert using the Australian copy with Australian rating.
