Ultra friendly customer service.

When I contacted GG about a delivery delay they were on to it right away. Even although the issue was caused by Qantas and customs they refunded the postage and provided ongoing communication in relation to the new delivery date. When the item was delivered they followed up once again.

Item was not as advertised on the website.

Submitted two separate contact us form and received absolutely no respond. First inquired about a price match and the unresponsiveness costed me to miss the sales of the item on the competitor site; and then I happened to order a wrong item with a very similar name and was hoping to change the order and pay the difference again received no response. Absolutely appaling.

Absolutely putrid company. They don't communicate with you. They lie about sending daily. One week, and all they've done is take my money. Don't trust them, don't buy from them.

Well priced games and came pretty quick too would recommend
