Poor customer services
The headset I purchased arrived fast but when the headset didn't work I had to send it back only to have very poor customer service and the company stuff me around in giving me a refund that I still haven't received weeks later and apparently there business in 2024 operates with out phone service as I was informed by them and only uses email to communicate with there customers. This takes 24 plus to get a response for ever msg sent back and forth. So the items brought might of arrived fast but there ability to deal with any issues with a purchase is nothing but sad.. edited I eventually got a refund on 2.4.24 for for my purchase on the 7.3.24 I still feel this could of been handled far better
