My car was in for it's annual MOT, The staff was excellent i drove the vehicle to the garage and one of the staff drove me home and on completion of the MOT was informed and picked up what more could you ask for. The garage was Motor Works South Molton

.com or .co.uk it doesn't really matter does it? Google continues to ply their crap. Giving me results for pkr or rupees or hindi despite me being in the uk? Additionally search function operates like stevie wonder in a dark room with the lights turned off. Does google even care about these reviews? Hell no. I've made countless requests and they ignore everything. So happy that chatgpt, copilot and other ai are starting to make an impact. Google got too big for it's boots, hopefully they crumble.

Delicious food and great service.

We have just enjoyed a delicious Sunday roast dinner at the Grove Ferry Inn. We had the roast beef sharing platter. The meat just fell off the bone. Included roast carrots, parsnips and potatoes, peas, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire pudding and stuffing with delicious gravy. All enjoyed in a friendly and cosy environment. Highly recommended and good value for money.

SIMPLY THE BEST

Five stars as usual for a lovely meal, and the best jerk chicken in Birmingham and beyond. I visited JAMAYA RESTAURANT COLMORE ROW today for a family Christmas meal, and it was brilliant as usual. The food and the service were exceptional, I regret not ordering more food, at least I would have taken the remaining food home, and enjoyed it later. I left a bit hungry. The staff were very friendly and helpful as usual, and our waitress was good, but one person, although he wasn't our waiter, he actually made us feel valued and special, and that person is Jordon. He is very attentive and has an eye for detail. One thing he did, and I noticed it straight away, was one of the parties at our table wasn't feeling too well and had gone to the toilet, and he spotted his meal already served up and sitting on the table. Jordon went to fetch a cover for his meal to keep it warm, which is brilliant customer service skills. He is the kind of person who will go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and special, and it shows that he is genuinely passionate about his job, and he loves what he does. I can go on and on but will end there for now. Thanks to all the staff, and management at Jamaya Colmore Row, you have made our Christmas meal an enjoyable experience. HAPPY CHRISTMAS to everyone, including the kitchen staff, thanks for serving up tasty food with love, and I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year...

Internet fraud.

I purchased 2 canvas prints of family photographs costing over £50, the order was placed back in October but nothing has been received here and despite sending numerous emails to them no reply has been received and all contact attempts apparently are ignored. My wife is seriously ill and one of these pictures consists of our daughters family including our only grandchild, it was intended as a wedding anniversary gift 8 November, that is how long I've been trying too trace these pictures but with no help from the multinational vendor I feel helpless. They actually sent me an email asking how they had done in this transaction, my response was scathing but again ignored. Does anyone know how I can even gain a response from these people. I'm in my mid seventies with scant knowledge of the Internet etc, which leaves me to a greater disadvantage compared to most. Googles website is absolutely hightech nightmare with no regard for us ill informed folk which is more than a tad unfair. As matters stand Google have robbed me of my scarce funds, while they make billions we little folk are mugged and left behind. If they were on the high street you could sue and be protected by rules, this lot simply refuse to acknowledge your very existence and that SUCKS. Well my view of Google has been proven. Not one single reaction to their fraudulent activities although they will have seen and read my observations. This state of affairs is shameful, Google openly mug me then arrogantly ignore all protestations here. I can only wish them ill tidings at this festive time because that is all they merit.

Go Gaga with Google!! I really do not,know what is the…

I really do not,know what is the matter with this company but they have me jumping through hoops and no method of redress.unlessyou can affordto telephone California. They keep sending me critical security alerts by which I have to go in to my emails to retrieve a code number which I then enter only for a message to pop up telling me it is the wrong number, and to try again,so off I go back into the system to retrieve yet another code which is also"incorrect". Several attempts all fail I just give up. Does anyone know what is going on because I don't?

Google Store are hopeless. I ordered a pixel 6a over two weeks ago, promised a 4 day delivery and still no phone. I had hoped to buy a second in the Black Friday sale - will buy a Samsung now and move away from this rubbish brand that don't care about their customers. Got two emails yesterday saying that I had payed £60 in total for Google ads, this I have not done, and searching the net I'm not the only one this has happened to, how did someone hack my account and steal money from me, I've contacted my bank and they advised I contact Google about this issue so I have and now wate on a reply, then if nothing is getting done about it I have to start a dispute about the payments, I only use Google pay for my weekly taxi fare as they had trouble with paying with bank card. I'm on benefits and can't afford to lose money when it's not my fault and now my family will suffer for this.

Promised £400 of free advertising and never delivered

We only signed up to Google Ads in response to an offer Google sent us to claim £400 worth of free Google Advertising. In order to get your £400 worth of free advertising you first have to spend £400 on Google Advertising. After spending over £400 we noticed the £400 offer voucher had expired. We are only a tiny company and £400 is significant. We spent that money, did not get the £400 worth of free advertising promised and got a rather low conversion rate. I genuinely cannot see us advertising with Google again as it does not offer good value for money; it just tempts you with a promise of free advertising that doesn't materialize.

No Customer service whatsoever Campaign dropped over night no explanation, no one take your calls, apparently they dont take calls. go on chat then they cut me off and said they would take it to a dedicated team. This company is a joke. We spend nearly 20K a month and this is the way they treat customers absoutely appalling

Google has the worse Customer Support…

Google has the worse Customer Support system/ team on the planet. I've returned a product purchased from their official Google Online Store, proof of return (with their own return process via DHL, all deliveries & returns info on the system, in their face) attached on a long and worthless email chain, they finally confirmed the item returned was inspected by technical team, all good. And now, they go by the bushes, via email sending me to online Google Store, the latest then directing me to continue with email correspondence in order to be able to get my money back. Ping-pong with people's own money... When contacting Google via email/phone they purely aren't able to help you or offer any resolution other then assigning a new case ID every time you get in touch trying to sort out the same matter. At this point I am desperate, my money has been seized by Google Online Store and genuinely don't know what to do going further... no-one from Google Support can help or want to help, other than listening and recording your case, then producing a new case id for the same matter, then sent via another silly email. They are disastrous, ridiculously amateurs for a giant as Google Inc, a shame for modern days online purchase. Spent cca 12h on the phone spanned over 4! afternoons, useless... This is a 100% true case story. Don't let the enthusiasm get you and Be aware!

2 weeks and still nothing

I ordered a nest audio speaker from Google store on the 17th November. This the 1st of December (2 weeks later) and according to Google tracking it is still not dispatched. I've chatted with 2 customer service people who were no help at all. I'm told I have to wait and I can't do anything, and they aren't doing anything to sort this. Take my money, and nothing in return, there is a name for people like that.
