Great price for my nearly new Taylor Made Qi10 LS driver, with another twenty quid off for sharing my email. Excellent Comms from them and DPD courier. Arrived after slight delay but still quickly. Can't wait to get it swinging tomorrow and keep up with my bro in law!

Happy with my purchase however golfbidder needs to invest in some bubble wraps and packing paper. Order came in a box without any of those. Thankfully, order came in in one piece. It's puts me off ordering again as clubs could get damage during the delivery process.

My son traded in some of his clubs and bought a set which costs a lot more, and ended up paying full price. They said they will refund the money on Monday, but we still haven't received it. My son contacted them, and then I was contacted; now my husband is pursuing them to get our money back. I'm not very impressed with the whole experience, if I'm honest.

So easy to deal with. Quick despatch of clubs through to very prompt payment after receiving clubs as part-ex. They recived on Friday, I was paid on Monday. So hassle free and great customer service to boot, as they sent postal lables through post so club being sold could be sent. Highly recommended from step 1 to finish.

I was very pleased with the service

I traded in my set of irons along with a driver and two putters and I was slightly concerned that the Ping G430’s that I was getting in return were going to need re-gripping. When my Pings arrived I was so impressed with the clubs and their grips I couldn’t wait for the opportunity to play with them and also leave the guys at Golfbidder a positive review. Everything was straightforward and I couldn’t be happier. Many thanks and I certainly will be buying from Golfbidder again.
