Fast delivery, good quality club but the headcover was in very bad condition which is disappointing.
First time using Golfbidder. Was after a stealth 5 wood to match the ser I have . Second hand one ordered yesterday delivery today. Excellent service quality better than expected well pleased.

Fairly well packaged, promptly arrived, but paid full price for a brand new Yonex driver with no matching head cover (came with Yonex adjuster tool)?! Thought the picture showed a head cover like all the other new drivers in this range. I have tried to rectify with Golfbidder but no one picked up my customer services call and they have not replied to my second email. The exact same new club is on their website (priced exactly as mine was) pictured with a head cover?! I am aware that I could have returned the new club I had in my hand for the exact same one on the website but would it have actually come with it… Laughable.
BEWARE! Dishonest sales model! I purchased what i thought was a Ping G20 Driver. What arrived was a G20 Driver club head attached the the cheapest shaft and grip combo imaginable. When I complained I was told the the shaft and grip do not form the Driver. News to me. When I asked for a return I was told I had to pay £9.99 despite them sending the wrong product! Terrible company. Avoid!
I purchased a Ping Driver on 10/06 returned it on 11/06, was advised a refund would take a couple of days. I requested proof of return & was advised I didn’t need it. It is now 19/06 & still no refund. Since posting my experience yesterday, 19/06, I have been contacted by GB & the refund is taking place, so well done GB for finally resolving this issue.

I'm starting out on golf and the amount of clubs and options is overwhelming. What is described as budget on many sites is laughable. Having done some research I chose to get a set of good quality used clubs rather than lower quality ones in my budget. The processes of filtering and reviewing the images of the actual clubs means you have lots of information at your disposal. Ordering was simple and delivery rapid. I'm now looking for the rest of my set and see no good reason to buy new.
The purchase of the golf club, rated 7 for head, shaft and grip was better than I expected, in fact probably worth 8 across all three. The ease in purchase was excellent and delivery was on time as advised throughout the purchase. Highly recommend this Company. Makes you want to look and buy again!
