Good choice of clubs Excellent delivery.

When we first sent clubs to golf bidder we were paid into our account but the last transaction was in credits which you have to offset to the costs on purchase. The trouble with this is that it takes your buying power away as you have to pay the golf bidder price even if you can get it cheaper elsewhere just to use the credits-so not good value to the customer. We ended up paying £20 more for some golfballs .

Fast delivery, good quality club but the headcover was in very bad condition which is disappointing.

Found the club i wanted easily. Added to basket, paid and it turned up really quickly. Well protected good packaging and in really good condition. Really pleased with the speed and easiness of the whole process.

Had an issue with original purchase but customer service was outstanding and fixed the issue. Delivery came and club was in great condition, let’s see how it goes on the course!

It was very easy to find what I was looking for using their website and the price was within what I expected. There was an initial issue with delivery so it didn’t arrive the next day, as they said it would. Golfbidder admitted their labelling mistake, which they rectified and it arrived very early the next day (in time for me to use it!). So, bit of a setback but well handled, with a good result. I will be using them again, without a doubt.

Club arrived exactly as described - condition 9 throughout. It looks like it has never been handled and certainly has never been played with. Price was fair compared to latest model and it matches my other clubs so I’m delighted. Delivery was within one working day of order so really great service.

Finding the club was easy and very good description of the club and information I need. Only down fall I would say is the delivery they use DPD they always delay parcels for no reason why do an order before 2pm and deliver next day with DPD that will never happen. I think they need to change carrier.

Fantastic bargains galore

Very impressed was expecting when they received my clubs the price would be massively reduced, however it was reduced because of one club that when sent I felt might be a problem, this club was returned within 48hours and the money paid into my account within 2 business days.
