I have said it before and I'm gonna say it again. I LOVE this platform. I see there are a few negative reviews. But I think those all speak for themselves. I can tell you that I had zero issues with verification, Or game play. I've never xp'd any glitches. This will be my third redemption I think. And what I love the most is that I put my redemption request in, immediately received an email confirming my request. About 15 minutes later received the next email stating my redemption was approved and will be in my account in 30 minutes. That was actually not true lol it hit my account in about 5 minutes. Who doesn't love practically instant redemption? They have all of the games you like, a nice daily bonus PLUS the wheel spinner. How could anyone possibly complain? Especially since we all know exactly what its like on all the other similar sites. I'm no fool. If you see me playing these days.... This is where I'm playing at. Thank you Gold Machine.

I had a game crash while paying to play a bonus game. When I reloaded, it took my money, and paid out zero (which is not possible for the game I played). I contacted support, and instead of just fixing their mistake, they insisted that the game completed successfully, and that it just happens that way sometimes. You know what happens sometimes? Playing on sites that do right for their customers. I won't be playing on gold machine anymore. There are dozens of casinos that treat their customers better.

I enjoy them very much. The games have a pretty good rtp and even if you are not winning tons they still keep you playing without running you dry. I appreciate a game that lets me play back and forth like that without just stripping my funds. I had a question and reached out to support and Kat was very prompt and thorough and kind and helped me with my concern. I really enjoy this platform. It’s definitely up there with the better ones. Not a scam ,a good fun place to play and redemption was a breeze. I’ll continue to play here.
