I was having trouble getting verified…

I was having trouble getting verified and Sia was able to send me a link to redo the verification process and it worked. Sia then was able to check and make sure it went smoothly. Sia was very helpful from the beginning to the end. I didn't have to wait but a minute before I was helped, that was very important to me. Way to go Sia!!!
