Never done this before, but I've been using go rental for quite a few years now delivery collection is great they even accommodate me out of ours and holidays times as a whole they are great at what they do, very helpfull and great prices every time.

there is one star only as it doesnt let you register zero. Completely disgusted with their service. Delayed ans diverted on a flight into bristol. I contacted them with 10 hours notice to potential problem but no help. Spent all my credit contacting them from the airport and was always places on hold. Arrives late to no car and has to book another hotel close to the airport due to no car. Has prepaid £200 and they did not call me or e mail with any explanation or resolution. This morning throws them 3 times and expressed my anger and put on hold again every time as if they are too scared to deal with the issue. I want my money back to book another car and have had to contact dispute department at my credit card to resolve:( do not use this cowboy outfit company !!!

I can only do one star which u dont deserve..your customer service its disgrace..they dont give a flying f... about customer I'm so pist off they take the money all booking its wrong and when u call to explain want happend they hang up on u coz they dont want to hear your problem..that's my experience whit u rental cars...I hope everyone its reading this and think twice before u wana book whit them.

Absolutely great service and Vehicles.

My first time hiring a minibus for a friends holiday was fraught with worry. This came home to roost when the van had mechanical issues. I needn't have worried Go rentals without any fuss or argument sorted out a replacement van in very quick order and got us going again with a minimum of delay. So I only have good things to say about the service I recieved and the attention I got from their staff. Many thanks

"An absolute pleasure" - I hire vans off Go Rentals approx 3 weekends a month over the summer. The Vans are close to brand new, top of the range interiors, spotless and completely clean. Brilliant Service. Always on time to drop the van off to my address and always warn me a few hours (if not the day before) before collection. Always at least half a tank of fuel. Never had any issues with "false claims" of scratches or anything. Never had any warning lights or any issues with the vans or their engines. Dont quite understand the bad reviews! Staff are also great, they encourage me to take pictures of the van on arrival so there can be no discrepancies when returning. No issues with payments, deposits are made/returned on time. No complaints whatsoever.

Our church (TGIF) went to the Big church day out event at West Sussex and we hired a van at GOrentals. Glory be to GOD, for they have offered and delivered an outstanding customer service and deal specially for a charity organisation like ours. GOD Bless GOrentals! And more business. Thank you!

I've hired from a few companies before, however my experience with these guys was an extreme pleasure. Everything was swift, from the comfort of driving right down to the collection and delivery.

I have rented many vans from this place and have never any problems! Their vans are always on point and the process of renting it out is simple and clear. They are much cheaper than other companies who try and rip you off. The staff are helpful and are willing to help you out and get you the best deal. Really would recommend renting from here!
