Disgusted customer......bordering on theft!
there is one star only as it doesnt let you register zero. Completely disgusted with their service. Delayed ans diverted on a flight into bristol. I contacted them with 10 hours notice to potential problem but no help. Spent all my credit contacting them from the airport and was always places on hold. Arrives late to no car and has to book another hotel close to the airport due to no car. Has prepaid £200 and they did not call me or e mail with any explanation or resolution. This morning throws them 3 times and expressed my anger and put on hold again every time as if they are too scared to deal with the issue. I want my money back to book another car and have had to contact dispute department at my credit card to resolve:( do not use this cowboy outfit company !!!
