It's not working and I get no help. Phone supports esim and esim always shown as not activated. No support and no advise. Losing 30$.

Awesome and affordable
Awesome, such a simple purchase journey, use Applepay and the eSIM is delivered by email instantly with no need to enter any personal data. The eSIM was less than a third of the price my carrier would have charged for coverage in Canada. I got full 5G from the moment i landed. Point to note, when you install the eSIM, go in to settings and make sure the roaming settings are on to make the data flow!

Rapid refund
Update: after my original review, Get issued me a full refund without me even asking. So I appreciate that. Also, once getting close to Cancun international airport I did have service the last day. 3 starts now for the prompt refund. I guess the coverage isn’t too good close to Isla Mujeres. Original review: It never worked. I never got one minute of service in Cancun - Isla Mujeres, México. Tried all troubleshooting and followed all prompts but never got any signal. Fortunately the resort had wifi. Still, I would like my money back. I’ve tried different esims around the world, first time with Get. No good.
