Leider hat die eSim nicht funktioniert
Leider hat die eSim nicht funktioniert, hatte alles ausprobiert was in der Anleitung stand. Support hab ich auch nicht erreicht. Hatte mir dann Vorort von Sure eine SIM-Karte geholt die funktioniert hat und noch 5 Pfund günstiger war!!!

J’ai acheté une eSIM pour un séjour à l’étranger, et elle n’a jamais fonctionné : impossible de me connecter à internet, seulement du Edge inutilisable. J’ai tenté de contacter le support dès le premier jour via leur adresse mail, qui s’est révélée fausse ou inactive. Aucun numéro de téléphone, aucune assistance réelle. Le “chat en ligne” est un chatbot automatique qui ne propose aucune solution concrète. J’ai dû les contacter via Instagram pour enfin avoir une réponse, mais ils m’ont juste proposé une nouvelle eSIM… à la fin de mon séjour, alors que j’avais déjà payé pour un service censé fonctionner dès le départ. Aucune solution immédiate ne m’a été proposée malgré mes relances. Ils refusent de me rembourser sous prétexte que “j’ai acheté pour 15 jours”, alors que : – le service n’a jamais fonctionné (preuves à l’appui), – j’ai signalé le problème immédiatement, – ils ont été injoignables tout au long du séjour. C’est une pratique trompeuse, voire illégale selon le droit européen sur les services numériques. Fuyez cette plateforme, aucune fiabilité, aucun respect du client, et service non livré.

I paid for eSIM € 35,- but after 20 emails and 10 chats it still does not work, maybe I used 2 email addresses and did not look in the spam mailbox of iCloud..
