Questionable Review Practices – Be Cautious It's hard to understand how some companies receive high ratings when the review system doesn't seem to be transparent or based on genuine feedback. A reputable estate agent informed me that this platform, much like Google, allows businesses to pay for memberships that let them hide or filter out negative reviews. If true, this undermines the credibility of the ratings. For those searching for a reliable estate agent, I strongly recommend sticking with established, regulated high street names you can trust—rather than relying on platforms where reviews may be selectively displayed.

Avoid doggie as hell keep well away from this estate…

AVOID keep well away from this estate agent and their team Especially lewis. Do you have a mortgage already from your bank then dont bother putting a offer in as they dont take banks they except your offer tho then they want you to use their broker and solicitors and a middle fast track person, Only to sell the property you are after from right under you to someone else without ringing or emailing you so you have to find out yourself but by then its to late. Not even everyone that was involved like the solicitors knew what happened they wasted everyone time. Never again 😒

We put in an offer on a flat which was…

We put in an offer on a flat which was accepted. We clarified that there would be no extra charges for the new lease and in writing. Then about 1 week later the partner Tom Cranenburgh came on the scene and stated that this was not true they wanted an extra £ 16,000 to continue. A real bunch of crooks, no scruples at all DO NOT USE

Awful estates agents with no scruples…

Awful estates agents with no scruples who claim their aim is to achieve a quick sale when in fact they could have achieved a solid sale weeks ago. Weeks of time wasting encouraging me to increase my offer twice with the assurance further viewings would be cancelled. They back tracked, went ahead with the viewings and announced two more buyers now interested and it was a bidding war and a race to see who could reach exchange first!!!!!! Totally underhand and nasty game playing tactics. Calls are never returned. Very limited information on the property, back history to it didn’t add up either. Why would I book a full survey on a property at huge expense if I wasn’t sure beforehand the property was under offer to me. The incentive was that the seller would reimburse survey fees…lender survey fees! My lender survey is free! Then I could have the searches to the value of £350. The searches were over six months old so out of date - the cost for new ones £153! Had to keep ringing to find out where I stood with my offers, Repeatedly ringing to find out where I stood with my offers, there was a total lack of transparency. Claire was unresponsive and unable to find out any information I requested. Was initially told the property was sold to the sellers as a debt recovery to then be told the seller was a relocation service and it turns out GetAnOffer are in fact a trading name/company of the seller company. Tom, a partner complained at having to work late to get an email out! I didn’t confirm whether I intended to proceed with my offer or not and I never heard from them again! Awful customer service.

After having my property on the market for sometime with many hills to climb especially through the pandemic Tom and Claire really helped make the sale possible with their reassurance and understanding. I believe both of them and the team consistently went above and beyond even if I was a nag at many stages. Thanks guys!

Experienced Estate Agents

I use estate agents often and find most are your normal run of the mill however, these guys are brilliant.....Mr Cranenburgh I feel went above and beyond for me and my wife to help us sell our property and find our dream home. Very efficient and would highly recommend using these guys. The whole experience and process was a pleasure and I can not thank you enough!
