AVOID keep well away from this estate agent and their team Especially lewis. Do you have a mortgage already from your bank then dont bother putting a offer in as they dont take banks they except your offer tho then they want you to use their broker and solicitors and a middle fast track person, Only to sell the property you are after from right under you to someone else without ringing or emailing you so you have to find out yourself but by then its to late. Not even everyone that was involved like the solicitors knew what happened they wasted everyone time. Never again 😒

We put in an offer on a flat which was accepted. We clarified that there would be no extra charges for the new lease and in writing. Then about 1 week later the partner Tom Cranenburgh came on the scene and stated that this was not true they wanted an extra £ 16,000 to continue.

The estate agent who came was very friendly, answered all my questions and if it was a house I that I was about to complete on, I would have loved to work with. I am not selling a house but I would consider using you in the future.
Absolutely flawless experience start to finish. A huge thank you to Lewis and the team which were very accomodating and also acted with haste to get the process completed on a timely manor. Not a bad word to say and will be using again
I don't think they even deserve one star. This has put me off using online estate agents rather than local ones with real people, not from a loud call centre down south who don't even have a clue about the area you are looking at.
Very poor clarification and communication from them, not easy to get a hold of and take over a day to respond and inconsistent information. You don't get the same agent dedicated to looking after you, and so you have to explain everything again to another agent to try to help you.
I'd like to add since I posted the above review, they emailed me because they saw this review. The only thing they pointed out was that it was unfair that I said they lack communication! It was more than that, and they basically screwed me over to put a higher offer in, because someone else put in higher than me, nearly TWO WEEKS after MY offer was accepted and solicitors were in touch with eachother to start searches etc. Well Tom wanted to try and fix and reimburse me, and informed me that in fact there were 6 other offers. I can see it is now back up for sale, if I was in competition with another buyer and they reassured me that the vendor would continue with me if I increased my offer to match the other buyer, why contact me to continue with this purchase???
I really don't recommend using these guys, it would be really interesting if I bumped into the vendor sometime, I wonder if she is even aware of any of this.
Today was the first time I’ve heard of this estate agent, Get an Offer, when I had cause to enquire about a house they had listed in Yeovil. The fact that they were in Goring by the Sea in Sussex intrigued me, because I wanted to know more about the property. I spoke to Ray in their office, and was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the way he explained the current position regarding the property. I passed him my details in case the offer that already been made didn’t succeed in achieving a sale, and for details of any similar properties to be emailed to me. I’m not interested in bidding/offer wars, but I enjoyed my first contact with this company, due to Rays patience with my questioning how on Earth they could be in Sussex, yet selling a house in Somerset! All was explained clearly and my requirements were clearly understood. Impressed.
Tom was absolutely brilliant from the moment we viewed the property. He kept us up to date and always got back to us straight away if we messaged him for an update. Our purchase went through in 9 weeks which we were very happy with.
