Excellent I can watch German tv in uk makes me feel like I’m at home

I am German, but living in the states. For me it’s worth to pay the amount of the premium service. I love the time shift, to go back in time, or to choose from movies. Back in Germany I definitely paid more for TV without all those features. Issues that I addressed to the messenger, have always been answered patiently. There were sometimes a few technical issues, sometimes caused by myself or errors from the program, but they always have been solved.

Awesome library of new and recent movies to choose from.

Good service. Occasionally problems with accessing service but nothing major that was not resolved by team at German TV Company. As mentioned in other reviews, the price is high for what you get and the payment methods are very dated.

We enjoy to have a big variety of german tv. It is for sure worth to try . They also have a good costumer service if you need help with any thing. The only down side it is a little Pricey.

Used to be the best company with the best service . I was a loyal member for 3 years and always paid for the yearly subscription . Now I cancelled and will never get the subscription again . 6 months ago they stopped their amazing streams . Now all the channels are very low quality and so pixelated . Every time I spoke to them they said we are working on getting the HD channels back which never happened in 6 months . I moved on and just want to tell people that the quality of channels is horrible and the service is not reliable anymore with a lot of issues . I recommend to people to get the channels with other providers or for free online and save 300 $ us a year

It's a good possibility to watch german TV when you are far from home

$300/ year is too expensive. Lots of content but should be same price as Netflix. Much of the content can be had for free using Mediatek app. Apps also don't work properly on several devices, so definitely try before you buy. I'd get this if they offered more functionality, better apps, and much better content than I can get for free+Netflix+Prime. Otherwise, the latter is better.

Easy and best on the go app to watch TV from my homeland Germany.

DO NOT PURCHASE IMPORTANT UPDATE - This company is no longer active and that happened in a most haphazard way leaving many people out of pocket. Original review is below for the record. These guys are the real deal. Very impressed. Perfect if you need to keep up immersion in German Language and a gift for students. If it even works in Australia 🇦🇺, I'm sure it'll work everywhere. Very professionally done. This would be 5 stars, but the Payment types supported are a real hassle. It's like the 1980s - should be Google Play Subscription or VISA or Paypal.

It's a great app with a huge selection of national and local TV shows, sports and all types of movies from regional to Hollywood Blockbusters. The TV app isn't as good as the pc app, with at times buffering issues and I find myself resetting the TV app daily. The pc app is great. My connection is over 80mbps so I shouldn't be experiencing buffering issues. It also seems some channels are worse than others. I wish they would offer closed caption in German as this would help me expand my language skills. For $300 US (which they don't mention, so if your are not American brace yourself for the exchange) for the year on the premium package, it's a great deal for the year. $25US per month. I'll be subscribing soon.

All fine. It works without problems.

I studied German when I was a student, now I need to do the revision for work purposes and German TV really helps with this. I can exercise listening with understanding and by the way be up to date with all news from Germany. There is a wide selection of channels. I recommend it to all.

Overall a great service for German media. The only complaint is really in the cost breakdowns/ affordability of the service and then some minor bugs/ quirks when attempting to watch older (rewind) programs

We are a customer for a couple years now and enjoy the variety of different channels. Sometimes it stops, or the voice does not match the movie.
