Evil freaks that dont understand how to act like human beings.
Cannot log on since yesterday. Paid on the 10th of January (luckily) for only 30 days but still, have I lost 20 days worth of my money? No advance email notification that they are shutting down service...what the heck??!!! Pretty sorry in my opinion!
My dad loved German TV. I paid the entire year as well and passed by their store and they are permanently closed. This company is based out of Brooklyn, NY. Their address is 1404 Avenue Z. The store was called TechStudio. After additional research, I noticed they also did Polish and Ukranian TV. I called the phone numbers listed for them as well and it does not even ring.
Same problem as everyone else no communication cannot logon I just hope this is temporary
Signed up for German TV in Dec. 2021 and paid the 299.99 dollar annual fee. Today Jan 19 2022 they are no longer in service and their website is disconnected. Phone number won't ring through and I just lost a bunch of money. Really sad service when this happens with no notification or ability to get refund.
I am using their service for 3 years now and really never had a problem until the last few days. Website down, nobody answers the phone. I always prepay for one year and definitely not happy about the lack of communication.

Normally, I would rate their service 5 star, but its currently down...can someone from the german tv company please let us know if and when the service will be back. To add to this...if you look at the trust pilot profile, the company has unclaimed their profile. Furthermore, the reason why nobody can get to their servers as that the DNS resolution for these systems has stopped (these systems are no longer known in DNS). Coupled with the fact that phone calls go unanswered, I would believe that the German TV Company is no longer in business...time will tell, I suppose
Are their servers down? I couldn't reach the website last week either but the TV app was working fine. Now the app is prompting for login but nothing works. Hopefully this comes back online soon.
It worked just fine for me I loved it and then all of a sudden it stopped working. The app stopped the website is gone even the phone is just playing music. I already played for this month and now no service.

I absolutely LOVE German TV Company. As a German living in the US, is is an absolute luxury to have access to this service. The channel lineup is awesome, and the fact that one can go as far back as two weeks to watch programs is just fabulous! And should there be the occasional technical issue, Customer Service is FANTASTIC!!! I LOVE this Company!!!
Great Service. My Dad loves watching all the channels. I leave the setting on real time so he can call his friends and watch at the same time they do!! He even gets channels from all over Germany and can watch his Bundesliga.

At the moment almost everything is running perfectly, in between voice and mouth movement do not match.

I've had the Premium now for about a month and am really enjoying it. I'm not a native German speaker but can understand most of what is said so it is a great learning tool. I am a little hard of hearing so the one thing that would really enhance my enjoyment of the content would be the ability to turn on/off closed captioning. The content is super and the ability to go back to prior shows really makes the time change no problem at all. Love all the Bundesliga content!! I'm very happy but I do hope that closed captioning could be added in the future!
Love being able to watch my German channels here in the US. I subscribed the Premium Channel and had it for 1 month now. So far, I am very happy and makes me feel like I am back in Germany. The selection is awesome. Customer Service is also great. A big 👍 up.
