Fantastic website with much needed instructions and diagrams for me (66 year old lady) on how to order the correct PVC door handle replacement. Great prices with product options. Order arrived the next day! Product fit was perfect! Very impressed customer with GB DIY Store. Highly recommend.

48 hours from query to resolution. Sent an email on Thursday at 1:30pm asking if they could identify a door lock part required. I Received a reply within 30 minutes asking for some photos, and sent photos of the part at 2pm. Received a reply within 10 minutes with a link to the part on their website. Ordered by 2:30 and delivered by Royal Mail 2pm Saturday. Door lock repaired by 3pm.

Had the awful experience of the sliding lock gearbox go on my front door and in today’s world can’t have a swing front door ! Tried all the usual high St suppliers and no luck,on the internet for ages found plenty much more expensive which wasn’t my worry just needed urgently ….suddenly GB DIY pops up ! Cheaper than anybody delivery next day by 10am …and it came ! Top Company GB DIY Store 👍

Ordered wrong item online, my fault. Took door gearbox back as only half hour drive and the man was extremely polite and helpful. We did take the original for comparison and he quickly identified the correct one we needed. Immediate refund and new item purchased. Really good customer service and would definitely recommend
