I like game and can't really fault them. I've always had a positive experience in their stores.
GAME has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service.

Delivered my package to the Netherlands without a huge shipping fee
I ordered the collection edition of indiana jones and the box was abit damaged
I tried to get Zelda BOTW from them, waited for 2 weeks and nothing arrived. Just gutted
I paid extra to have it delivered today and rather than leave it with our neighbours as it was stated that will happen if we not home. Now I don’t have my item and I’m £10 shorter so I’m definitely not happy with the service I received.
Fantastic service very quick delivery
I got it as my old Fifa games wouldn't update anymore, and the price was very good so it was a must
You packaged delicate collectibles in a plastic bag?! Needless to say they're smashed to bits and on their way back. Absolutely mindless.
I have placed 3 orders with Game - all had issues. First order - LEGO box crushed when collected from the Evri locker. This is sill unresolved as I am chasing, after nearly 3 weeks, a full refund - they still haven't refunded the delivery charge. Second order - this wasn't even in the Evri locker i.e. it was stolen and it took nearly 2 weeks to get this sorted, and even then, I was chasing my tail because all I could get from Game was my collection code - even though Evri confirmed in writing that the parcel was missing. I finally got a refund after 2 weeks. Third order - received today and once again, the three boxes of LEGO that I ordered were all crushed. Why Game insists on posting fragile collectors' items in jiffy bags is a mystery. Just don't do it. And choose a better courier whilst you're at it. The customer service is terrible - they take ages to reply, the chat bot on the website is the most painful customer service experience known to humankind - it never stops asking for information... full name, order number, postcode, item number, photos of the damage, photo of the barcode for some reason. I have no idea whether it goes beyond the barcode because I have gone to jump off a bridge by that point. Why it needs all of this information when you are logged in and it knows the order details is a mystery for their bigwigs to work out. Or maybe it's intentional, so that you give up on trying to fix issues? I will never order from Game again. It's just too painful.
I spent £200 on football trading cards, the box had been ripped open before sending. Not one heavy pack amongst the lot, which leads me to believe that they had been pre weighed and replaced. Would never purchase trading cards via Game ever again. Completely out of order.
When my Pokemon cards came they where damaged they where in the bag by them self with no box so they got bent
There's a bug on Game website (and all Frasier groups websites - sports direct, Evans cycles, etc) that results in the website not saving a changed delivery address. I've verified and replicated this issue, video evidenced it and provided it to game support but they just didn't care. It took 3 different support staff before they even acknowledged that it was an issue with their site but they still refused to acknowledge that it had caused issues with my order. This resulted in my items being sent 10 miles away to an address I no longer own. The Evri driver dumped the parcel on the street outside the address without handing them to a person who could have told them that there was no one of that name at the address (there was £130+ of goods in the parcel). The parcel has either been kept by the owner of the address or was stolen off the street (the picture shows it was in plain view of passers by). Game won't do anything about the bug on their website or the missing parcel. I now have a crime report open under fraud, with GAME having purposely not fixed this bug that allows packages to go to the wrong addresses. I've also reported them to Trading standards. I'd strongly recommend that if you experience this bug on any of the Fraiser groups websites, or any other website bugs that you do the same. Oh and for the GAME support staff who reads this. If you want to discuss this, then you contact me. I'm not dealing with any more of your two brain celled email support. email #14892891 GAME40000122096750
Although delivery was very quick, delivering Funko Pops in a bag is disgusting. All four Pops that I ordered have damaged boxes of varying severity.
Was sent out quickly and arrived quickly. Packing was a little lacklustre as a result one of the items packaging was damaged. Was just wrapped in a bag and no protection for items inside.
Still waiting for my Xbox gift card code it’s bin 5days and it just keeps saying shipped
I ordered a few collectible items: Transformers Transformer Vanch Card Autobot Box, Transformers Transformer Vanch Card Decepticon Box, and a Magic: The Gathering Universes Beyond Final Fantasy Starter Kit. All of these are items that collectors value for their condition. I expected them to be shipped with some care, but they all arrived crammed into a bag with absolutely no protection. They were crushed, dented, and completely unsellable as "new." To make matters worse, when I contacted Game about the damaged items, they offered no real solution and told me I was responsible for paying to ship them back. It's ridiculous to expect a customer to pay for their mistake. The lack of care for the products and the terrible response from their support team makes me seriously question ever ordering from them again. Avoid if you want your collectibles to arrive in good condition.
My order was delivered without trouble
Everything was fine, apart from after placing my order I didn’t receive the confirmation until 24 hours later, so I wasn’t sure if the order went through but the payment was taken immediately.
Order late not happy would of went shop if I new it would take so long go on holiday tomorrow and worried I won’t receive order paid delivery fee preordered
Terrible company Firstly, pre-ordered a game. Then was notified that the order was cancelled but no reason given. Closer to the release of the game, GAME.co.uk took the money for said game and dispatched the order. This caused me to firstly order and then cancel the order from a different vendor. GAME uses EVRI for its deliveries which is about as bad a company as you can get. GAME charges a considerable amount for postage then uses the cheapest, worst company to fulfill that delivery. Still not received the order days after release. Unacceptable! GAME is barely better than a scam website at this point, which is a shame because GAME in the past was awesome.
