You use Evri to deliver parcels. Will be amazed if I even receive my package now. Been out for delivery for a day now and they've been known to abandon packages in the middle of no where at night in my area.
Horrendous still not received a £100 gift card after 4 days of purchasing only to be told they will escalate to the relevant department! Absolutely unacceptable service this has happened multiple times previous shocking customer service too
purchased an xbox live voucher with the site saying the code will follow in an email shortly, i didn't receive the code and this was nearly three days ago now..... after online support they said the code can take seven days but will email me about my complaint and a refund..... i still have had neither
Absolutely shocking and would never buy or recommend anyone to buy from this place. Placed a £40 order for a email gift card and not received it. They acknowledged I paid for it but just not sending it me after 4 days waiting. So it looks like I’ve got to take further action now
Ordered a product from their website, only received half the order. Still paid full price. The issue was never rectified. Beware of this company.
Great service and prompt delivery
The layout of your website has always been bad however the app I go to from Fraser is much better now . But still very fiddly ! I have a reward card and buy games online but it doesn’t look like my reward card is added to for the purchases . Not many good discounts either . Shame S it was the best shop for games in the 90s-2000s
Fir company that gets lots of orders daily, quick shipping and quick processing
I placed a pre-order with them, they confirmed the order, took money and confirmed they would let me know when the item was posted. It was only a week after the release date they cancelled my order and then told me it would take another week for me to get my money back.
Similar to others I received packages that were ripped and battered and two items missing with a value of over £50 and customer service are adamant that my claim is false as they are certain they packed the order. The order online also still says ‘with courier’ weeks later so the missing items are a mystery and I have now had to replace with another vendor.
Always buy my ps4 ore my ps5 games from the game store as with been a professional company av never had any problems with buying Ore return if I had to used them for years
Caution to buyers outside UK - this enterprise is either shipping directly from China like a dropshipping operation or is marking its UK packages as originating in China without disclosing this practice on its product pages. This can result in shocking and surprise Customs bills arriving via their couriers - especially when one thought they were buying UK goods. "Customer service" seems to be low-dollar chatbots pasting the same responses while largely ignoring one's questions until you send enough emails to get a human response. Do not recommend.
My experience with Game them selfs was good but the delivery company they use are disgraceful. My packages came battered with big rips in them. It was clearly some bodies attempt to see what was inside. Thankfully this time everything was still there but I will be cautious about buying online with game in the future.
Again, despite the bad reviews, I've ordered some (great promo) Nano leafs - and it was delivered really fast. I had a great experience once more. Thanks Game.
Very good service from GAME would highly recommend, a package arrived with a missed item- very professional service and friendly- sent the missing item out a few days later - seem to have good deals on and fast delivery. Will use GAME again for sure
