I had written a review earlier about measuring and ordering. It was a terrific experience, but I had indicated in my review that I will update it based on shipping, fit and finish. Well, I received the clothes I had ordered well within the promised time. The clothes were first packed in polyurethane garment bags and then packed into a cardboard box, which was ultimately wrapped in a plastic wrap (similar to packing cling wrap) to ensure the clothes did not get damaged by water. Very pleased with how the clothes were packed and shipped. 5 out of 5 stars for packing. 5 out of 5 stars for timing of the delivery. Now to fit and finish. I had ordered 3 outfits. All three fit me just fine. So 5 out of 5 stars for measuring advise on video and alterations to those specifications. Finally, the finish. Loved what I received based on what I had seen on video. They also packed extra material of the garments, incase I needed to get them altered, which I don't. So 5 out of 5 stars on quality and finish. I will be using G3+ for my future needs! I m purchasing outfits for my whole family from G3 for more than 4 years through online shopping. Their quality of outfits are outstanding and moreover their staff is very nice. They handle the whole process very calmly. I did my shopping through Shree bhai, Vicky bhai n Bhawar bhai. They all are very good by nature.

This company is not reliable. They were hands on in the purchasing process however did not show the whole product that they would be selling to us. We purchased a saree that had a border appearing red in color and we were told it was red, it turned out that the border was actually hot pink in color. We wanted to add tassel to the border, they never showed us the actual color of the chosen tassel. The blouse and border are completely different colors. It seems like they were not made for each other. When we called to get this rectified they essentially told us that they were transparent with everything and that there is nothing to do. This is not the way to do business, this saree was supposed to be worn for my daughters wedding day and G3 company- Vicky and Manisha were not truthful in the product they sold to us.

The only store I will shop in from now on. After having my fair share of disappointments with other stores. I almost gave up. Until I discovered G3. I am so happy with the service and quality of the clothes. This is the only shop I will be using for my needs. Dresses arrived in a week to USA. Everything from service to quality assurance was phenomenal.
