Initially, I was hesitant about the whole process, but Premal Tailor provided assistance throughout and made everything easy, from placing the order to delivery. He ensured that I received my items on time. Furthermore, Premal has a strong work ethic, responds promptly, and is very understanding.

Happy with the vedio calling service and the talking to the tailor directly , taking measurements according to the need of the customer online . Quite happy that we close the purchase in one single day .

Placed online order! Customer care person Gagandeep Singh, Wasim and Santosh master ji all very very helpful. They contacted and confirmed what all I need to customize and got all that noted. Received my package and everything is perfect, color, size, fit.

I made an appointment for video shopping and they were excellent. The entire appointment took about 90 minutes between getting my measurements and selecting my outfit. The tailor gave easy to follow instructions for how to measure, and they had a great selection of outfits to show on the video call.

AKSHAY was our contact at G3, he was very helpful and patient in showing us the lengha’s that fit our style and budget. Mr. ARVIND, the master Taylor helped taking correct measurements, and did an amazing job with all the adjustments. The stitching is PERFECT , no loose strings, or threads, fabric is soft, not rough that can cause irritation, which is usual when purchasing clothes from India. In total we bought 5 beautiful outfits that had quality, class, and sophistication, which came out so so beautiful. Delivery was as promised. Thank you G3 for a smooth, hassle-free experience
