Over promise, under deliver multiple times
I have given them ample chances, each time they have over committed and under delivered. I was told my order would be delivered on time which if I would’ve called and asked for updates it wouldn’t have. After spending so much money I shouldn’t have had to call as many times as I did. I clearly told them to keep enough margin which they didn’t and they made all my outfits so tight. I didn’t have enough time to figure out anything else for a family wedding so was uncomfortable the entire time. When I asked for the manager I got a run around before I got hold of her. Overall terrible operation.
