I typically avoid writing reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Future Fit. Please exercise extreme caution before entering into any agreement with this company.
Over two years ago, I decided to pursue a career change and enrolled with Future Fit. Unfortunately, my personal circumstances changed, making it impossible for me to continue on this path. Despite multiple attempts to terminate my contract, Future Fit has consistently refused my requests, demonstrating a complete lack of empathy and offering no support. Even when I found someone willing to take over the course and its associated costs, Future Fit rejected the proposal, despite the fact that they would still receive their payment.
Instead of offering any understanding, they have repeatedly pointed to the contract, citing each clause I signed. As a result, I have paid nearly £2,800 for a course I have not taken and now face increased financial hardship. Future Fit has shown no consideration for these difficulties, choosing instead to hide behind the contract.
This experience has revealed a company that is indifferent to personal struggles and solely focused on profit. If this is how they treat their customers, I strongly advise against partnering with them. For comparison, other companies I have dealt with during this time have been supportive and accommodating. I have reached out to Future Fit one last time to review my situation before pursuing further action.
