Neil Moss was great! Level 2 gym instructor workshop, answered all questions and definitely helped me after being a bit overwhelmed from the work load.
I was very impressed by my Pilates teacher in Manchester. I would highly recommend this course.
Good information and clarity of what courses entail and costs and support. Only thing I would say is more dates are at times required in certain areas. Very good service
Currently doing Level 2 gym instructor before doing level 3 PT. Would not recommend. Their online training is so convoluted and confusing. I have shown the work to two gym owners and two gym managers. They actually laughed at the course content . It’s totally irrelevant and a total waste of time. They make out that their course is more in depth which is why it costs so much but w padded out with irrelevant nonsense! This is feedback from employers! The four I have shown it to think this course is a joke. Also, the lack of response to emails is beyond infuriating. I have emailed several times explaining my frustration with the course. If i do get a reply they just gaslight me. Last email suggested I try their life coaching course instead?! Why would someone who wants to be a PT do a life coaching course!
This company is an absolute scam! I have had multiple missed tutor support meetings, no response to emails and my in person training courses cancelled with limited or no prior warning TWICE! The customer service is shocking and the whole experience has been awful! There are so many better companies out there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I had a great experience with Future Fit Training, where they quickly responded to my interest and offered a great deal. The course has been enjoyable, flexible, and easy to navigate. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive, always ready to help. The online modules are well-structured and interactive, with real-world examples making learning practical. The presencial workshops are fantastic and very professional. Overall, it has been a challenging yet rewarding journey, and I'm feeling well-prepared for my new career as a PT.
Future Fit Training offers a flexible and informative course with easy-to-understand materials and supportive staff. The workshops are engaging, and the platform is user-friendly, making the learning process enjoyable. The course challenges you to ensure a high level of knowledge and preparation for a career as a PT. However, some aspects could be improved for a truly smooth experience. Overall, it's a solid choice for anyone looking to enter the fitness industry. 3 stars.
Great courses (Kettlebell and Group Cycling). Well instructed by knowledgeable instructors. Lots of information to carry forward to teach classes comfortably. I feel like assessments could be a bit more stringent.
I have trained with Future fit for many years and would recommend them to anyone looking to train within the industry. Their courses are very thorough and detailed, you certainly end up learning more than you thought you would, there is no short cuts, which is a good thing. Their workshops are very enjoyable and the instructors are their to help you, very friendly and approachable. I would like to mention Ben Sharman, one of the tutors for all the help he has given me with all my Training.
Student support are great and always helpful. The tutors for the workshops and assessments are so knowledgeable and down to earth. I am so pleased to be studying with Future Fit.
Great company that delivery excellent training, resources and guidance. Over the last few years I've achieved so many amazing qualifications that have enabled me to deliver effect in the fitness industry. The team are always on call to give advice, mentoring and resolve any issues. Top class A+
Customer support and onboarding is swift. Support team are hands on and proactive about support on calls. Follow ups are great. Course content flexibility and structure makes it easy to digest - the only negative is the assessment framework is not as flexible as I thought initially.
Great instructors at every workshop. Comprehensive online learning Work at your own pace Easy to use community platform Some great discounts and offers from partner companies
The turnaround for marking work for FutureFit is beyond terrible. I waited 12 weeks for my portfolio to be marked the first time and it turns out that it was marked 2 weeks previously with no communication. There were a couple of more pieces of information that they wanted more detail on that took me less than 10 minutes to complete, yet they are talking another 8 -10 weeks for small adjustments. over 5 months to mark some work when the practical assessment has been passed is a joke! The only saving grace for this company is that 2 of their tutors Caralyn and Nick are beyond brilliant and tutor support are helpful. If you are wanting to get qualified in a reasonable time frame, avoid this company! I have done various other qualifications within health and fitness and this turnaround time is definitely not normal.
I've just had a phone call with Matt from Future Fit Training following an enquiry I made the other day about a nutrition course. Matt was really personal, pleasant to chat too and wasn't too pushy at all. It was a great customer follow up call. Thank you!
I've studied Pilates with future Fit. the course was amazing. 100% recommend .
I applied for the Level 3 Pilates through Future Fit and the Armed Forces Enhanced Learning Credit scheme, which was a very easy process. The Future Fit Administration team knew everything about the ELCAS scheme, and I was learning online very quickly. I really enjoyed the Pilates workshops, especially the friendliness of the staff and how passionate they were about sharing their skills and knowledge. Once I completed the Level 3 Pilates qualification I went on to complete the Level 4 Pilates Teacher qualification. This was a more in depth course that required greater research and analysis so encouraged more deeper learning and understanding of the subject; rather like studying at foundation degree level. Pilates is a really diverse subject and the Level 4 course portfolio stretched and challenged my learning. It helped me understand how to apply Pilates principles including the additional fitness qualifications I have. It underpins a lot of what I do; for example, it was extremely useful for my own strength building programme for a Strongman competition I was competing in. I had a better understanding of balance, breathing, core engagement and maintaining good form. I am a 51 year old male and was the oldest competitor. I feel I've accomplished something big with the Future Fit Pilates L3 and L4 courses. My client's enjoy the theory and practice element of the classes too. So, Biomechanics is where I see the next phase of my learning journey.
I recently completed my Pilates course with Future Fit, and while I really enjoyed the in-person training days and felt the instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, the overall experience has left me disappointed. One of the biggest issues has been the lack of responsive customer support. Contacting the support team has been incredibly frustrating, with long response times via email (often over a week) and virtually no chance of reaching anyone over the phone. My portfolio submission took over 8 weeks to be reviewed, even though I’ve worked with other training providers who typically respond to queries or portfolio resubmissions within 24 hours, especially when only minor adjustments are required. Future Fit seems very prompt in charging for resubmissions or assessment rebookings, but when it comes to general support, they’re much harder to get hold of. The lack of communication and slow service have left me feeling unsupported and hesitant to take any further courses with them. Overall, it’s a shame because the in-person training itself was excellent, but the lack of reliable support has really tainted my experience. I hope Future Fit improves their customer service for future learners.
the future fit has a lot of information which is really good for me and the teachers on the workshop days are very nice and friendly they helped me a lot and answered all of my questions. thank you, Kany Jaf
Name- Anya Carroll ( Betsy boo is my dog) The platform caters for visual and kinaesthetic learners really well, with workshops and online learning with helpful graphs and videos to solidify knowledge. Also, the support team ( I speak to Tracy lots for advice) are very friendly and informative. Great value for money and caters for everyone’s financial situation! One suggestion would be to sell or recommend equipment depending on the qualification, for example what things to buy as a personal trainer or a postnatal PT etc ( apologies if you already have this)
Fantastic experience with Future Fit, would highly recommed, trainer and assessor were amazing.
