Put me off right form the start. First they offer a download option for prices etc. Just advertise the prices in the first place. So once I'd given my email and pressed download they then require my phone number. Sneaky and shows what sort of company they are, Just give me a pricelist without trying to take all my personal details first. I will look elsewhere now. IN. RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY. Thanks for your reply. You still haven’t mentioned why I had to give my email and my phone number in order to get the price options You also have mentioned why this is in two stages. So you lured me in with asking for an email THEN you wanted my phone number on top of that too. This does not benefit me at all.
