Literally, the worst experience that I have dealt with from ordering from a company off-line. They are selling the snowman by international silver or CWI. That normally is sold as a set of three for 39.99 at Home Depot. I was so excited when I seen they had them with the picture of all three of them and down in very small writing. They put that they’re sold separately but yet they have no item numbers for them. They have one item number and they’re charging 4999+ shipping. This company is normally pretty good and they normally have fairly quality product but when they do something like this bait and switch where they make you think you’re getting three items it’s very similar to Temu you don’t get what they show the picture of. You’re only getting one if they want to sell them individually that’s fine but they should have item numbers for each one. I wonder how many other people ordered the same item thinking they were getting all three because they literally say in the description three assorted!!! Shame on them. I am returning it as I am disgusted with their business practices.
Web site is easy to navigate, that made placing my order easy. Your follow up emails are very informational. I received my order on time. I don't know if the merchandise works or not. It's a Christmas gift. That is the only reason that I did not rate a 5 start.

AVOID!!! Ordered a wardrobe through The Range that was actually from this company. I have been waiting over 2 months for it now. They are completely incompetent! They sent me the wrong parts for my unit and tried to give me multiple excuses as to what had happened. I have tried to actually speak to someone on the phone but they refuse to communicate in any other way except by email where their tag line is "please accept our apologies and allow 72 hours for review". They've had 4 lots of the requested 72hrs and much more and nearly 3 months after the order I am STILL waiting for the correct parts. Cowboy company. Don't waste your time with them. People I have spoken to at The Range say they have constant issues with them too and have had many complaints.

Long wait worsted my time
I e-mailed this company(Home & Decor) several times for a return label and have not received one. I received a e-mail saying that several return labels have been sent to me. That is absolutely not true. A snap shot was sent to me about information on returns but that is it. On the side of the information showed several e-mails that I sent about the return label. There was one e-mail from the company telling me to check my e-mail. This was the only e-mail that I have received from them and there was no return label.
It was my first time purchase something from this website and honestly i was little worried because if this website is legit or not. But i eventually bought a sofa that worth over $2300 and the representative i was talking through chat was so nice and that made me purchase at the end. I haven't received my items yet, but it was a best service so far for sure.
Modway Commix “overstuffed” sofa is very very hard and uncomfortable. The cushions keep sliding off too. Wanted to return it but store says 500.00 for postage AND 50.00 per original box I don’t have. They also said if it’s been used and returned that they will keep it and won’t return it or give a refund. I will absolutely never shop here again. I bought the ottoman prior to this couch and it is very large and comfy. The couch SUCKS! Now I’m out $1500!!! Signed, Disabled Single Mother
I order a lamp which was too tall for the area that I needed it for. I have been trying for the longest time to have a return label e-mailed to me. No such luck. I was sent a code but that's it. Nothing else just a code where do I put the code no form to typing it in??

My order said it was going to be delivered within 3-5 days. That did not happen. It was not shipped until 5 days after i placed the order! Now I have to wait another 5 days to receive it.
I ordered two counter stools. I asked the company for a discount code for two more. All stools arrived by Fedex very quickly and were packed with care. Could not be happier 😊.
