After ordering this on their website, I received this: Your order has been canceled Order #1007027 was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has not yet been refunded.

Very polite. Helped me with return information and ordering a similar tapestry in a different color. Took his time and didn’t rush me. I had already found the exact same tapestry in the different color, but saved around $70 ordering from you.

I never received my item and no contact has been made. I think I just got scammed.

First of all, you can send me my order or reimburse me if you don't have it to sell it. I've placed an order since January 3rd, which I still haven't received. Instead you want me to download an app to find out where my order is? That's ridiculous. I've sent emails to your support department, I get no reply or response

I researched different venues to buy Melrose snowflake globes for my sister. Home and Decor had the best price and the service was great! They arrived safely at her home and I was able to track the shipment and inform her they were on her porch! She loves them! Very pleased with Home and Decor!

Getting to experience and observe different aspect of such furniture features. With the enthusiastic and simplicity type of furnitures, it really made the living room stand out. color matched as well as the whole living space. It also makes it look stunning and fuller.

They were very helpful and responded to my emails very quickly.

Great site and prices and free shipping on orders

I placed an order for 1000 bags for my small business. This is my first time placing an order with this company. The shipping stated 2-5 days until the items would ship. I reached out to the company over a week later that the tracking information showed that the items had not shipped yet. I ordered these bags for a sale the shop is having on small business saturday Nov 29th. I was assured the items would ship immediately and be here in time. The lasest tracking update shows they will arrive December 1st, after the sale.

Got a good price on a modway outdoor lounger and ordering went smooth. Here is where they lost me as a future customer. They use AM HOME DELIVERY COMPANY and they are horrible, just read their reviews online. Ordered Aug 27 and AM HOME DELIVERY emailed me Aug 29 that they were in possession of lounger. Another email stated lounger was ready to be shipped Sept 2 with delivery approximately Sept 8-12. So far so good right? Wrong. No contact until Sept 12 telling me delivery pushed to Sept 18(an entire week??) No reason or explanation. Sept 18 was told delivery would be Sept 22. I could understand if the product was coming from China but as stated they were in possession Aug 29. California to Florida (my house) is not something I would expect in a week but 26 days?? 18 weekdays?? Along with the approximate delivery date changed once and a confirmed delivery date changed another time. Home and Decor Company prices seem fair, but don't believe the bs as far as delivery time. Their your delivery company Home And Decor, so you get the bad reviews. Just be honest concerning approximate delivery dates guys. Advice to future customers: ask who their delivery company is and if it's AM HOME DELIVERY, buy on another site. Mark Mck

Beautiful tapestry I can’t wait to get it!

I was hoping to get the desk pictured in the description. i contacted the seller and they said they would confirm before being shipped out. I have been trying to get this exact desk for a few months. I had already returned 2 from other sellers that were sent with metal legs. Home & Decor was able to confirm it was the metal desk and cancelled my order. I was disappointed but grateful they cancelled the order since it was not the desk I ordered. they saved the hassle of returning a heavy box. I will definitely use them again as customer service was excellent! communication was awesome. I'm off to find the desk, wish me luck!

Easy to navigate and place my order. This headboard was easy to attach legs with all parts clearly marked and easily completed. The headboard fit perfectly on my frame and was easy to do. The quality is great. The bed looks amazing. Love it!

I order a pair of life sized Chinese soldiers, they came in on time packed very carefully and were very accurately described. Great customer service!

I purchased a ice cream machine, they said it's out of stock and cancelled my order, but I never got the refund.
