Very efficient on-line ordering system

When purchasing the couch it says 2-5 days as an estimated delivery. Now obviously thats estimated however it has been two weeks and I don’t even have tracking information yet. The only communication I have gotten about my order I only received because I reached out. Honestly I should have just spent the extra $200 and gotten said item from a bigger box store.

Great experience lovely store

The product is exactly what I asked for, but the shipping time was not what I expected. I specifically checked the box that suggested the product would be shipped immediately. And I inferred that you would send it via overnight or second day. That was certainly not the case as I only received it yesterday. I had expected to receive it last week so that I could bring it with me to work on my boat. What, exactly did I pay for in terms of the extra fee?

Thank you for advertise it. Looking for a set to match my other barn door to remind of my dad’s farms. Plus the cost is like the other one and is sold out and caught this. Thanks!!

I ordered a large frame for a painting from H and D. The wrong frame was sent to me and it was chipped badly in two different places. I cannot get anyone on the phone to help me return it.

They suck at getting back with you. They tell you that they'll send you a shipping label. You wait for it and it never shows up so you call him and then they tell you it's too late to get your money back. They are the worst to deal with.

Worst people to work with. Will never ever order anything from them.

Great experience!! I will be ordering the rest of my furniture through them. Jan 15 - Ordered couch Jan 17 - Scheduled delivery Jan 21 - Delivered Customer service called to schedule the delivery + a follow up call as a reminder & I requested she make a note to the delivery guys to call me when they're close so I could let them into the building. Delivery (third-party) - Arrived on time + they called to notify me they were 15 mins out (def needed that). After bringing the couch into my living room I asked if they could help me move my mattress from my living room to my bedroom bc it's super heavy & they were so kind to do that!! 10/10 would recommend.

Was delivered as promised

I wasn't happy with the purchase I had made and was prepared to return it. I reached out to customer service to see how to go about returning but didn't hear back for a day or two. Someone responded then to let me know they were going to refund me anyways and I can donate the item. Truly appreciate the efficient resolution and helpfulness of their customer service team!
