fresh! the meal prep co. Reviews

I have been blown away at how fresh and tasty the food is. It feels like I’m eating home cooked food each day, but with the convenience of it being ready in minutes. I’ve also found the customer service fantastic, really personable, checking in to see how everything has been. I’ve already placed my next order and would genuinely recommend this company to anyone!

Top quality food and services....I used them for 2 months and it's absolutely amazing.....

I have been around the houses with meal prep companies, ranging from heavily sponsored by certain "strongmen" to "Made in Sandra's Kitchen - Fresh is far superior, head and shoulders above the rest. The food is super fresh, and the packaging is ideal for transporting to work and is recyclable. No plastic if you are worried about BPA's or plastic leach into your food. The flavours/different meals are unreal. You can tell the company takes pride in their products from presentation, delivery, and on my plate. Thanks Team Fresh

Really good meals, lots of variation and always fresh. Delivery and communications is very good

Been receiving their meals for over a year now - takes away any need to consider what you want to eat, any planning/prep, and no need to shop and cook! Good communication, tracking app for delivery, easy ordering online, what's not to like! Give them a go, you won't be disappointed!

The food tastes great and the quality of the ingredients is fantastic. Having the meals delivered has been so convenient and has helped me to eat well and actually stick to a diet. I've lost over 10kg since I've been using them, and would highly recommend.

Receiving meals from meal prep for awhile now. The meals are really good, always a good variety and ive tried foods I wouldnt usually go for and really enjoyed them. The delivery is always on time and the cost is very reasonable. Paul and Matt are friendly and will respond to any queries. Will definitely continue with my orders.

Fantastic food, fantastic service!! Would highly recommend this food prep company makes my life so much simpler and food is super tasty and a great variety of different dishes. Customer service is top notch too!!

Really nice company, great delivery experience and very accommodating. The meals overall are good variety and good flavours. When asked for honest feedback it was noted my the company who said they would look to rectify, it's nice to actually be listened to. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

So far so good....the delivery was efficient, the customer service is excellent and all of the meals are really tasty.....even the ones you don't think will be! I'd 100% recommend this company.

I recently started using this meal prep service, and I’m honestly blown away by the quality and convenience. The meals are not only healthy but they offer such a variety meaning you don’t get bored by the same options. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into both the nutrition and taste, they also keep you up up to date in advance with delivery timeslots meaning you’re not waiting around all day. I’ve saved so much time and energy by having these meals ready to go—definitely recommend this service to anyone looking to make eating healthy easier and more enjoyable. I’ve just signed up for another month!

Fresh is great, reliable and a breath of fresh air when it comes to convenience and variety! 10/10 for the food they produce AND deliver!! Very supportive and helpful during my fight camp!

Fantastic meal prep service . Customer service 10/10 for catering to nutritional needs and dietary requirements. Matt is in communication about the food offering recommendations, checking to see how I am finding meals, offering advice and producing some amazing foods. I have tried 5 days to start on the set calories plans. Food is lovely and very different to foods, I would even think about creating. So much less stress, less time and great value for money. I have just reserved and purchased my next weeks meals. Really looking forward to trying them. Thank you for you excellent service and speedy response. 10/10 . Highly recommended !!!

This is fantastic! I was dubious at first because it definitely felt like a luxury but my mum and dad tried it to help them slim down for a holiday and I realised how good the quality of the meals were and how much time and mental load it would save me on a daily basis. It's become such a part of making my life easier that I can't imagine going without it.

Was a professional boxer for around 4 years so used a good few peal prep companies and these guys are by far the best hands down 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Great food and great service, happy to help with any questions and quick responses. Would definitely recommend.

Shocking meal ! Went for lunch today at the Whittington Arms in Lichfield and both our meals were extremely poor. My wife’s pizza was cremated and in complete contrast my cod was undercooked. We were attacked by the numerous flies in the restaurant throughout the meal. Anthony Foster

I was looking for meal prep and saw one of the adverts on Facebook. All the local ones near me were easily £50+ for two people or didn’t have enough variety for vegetarians, so I took a chance. Delivery came the Sunday, well packaged, with ice packs and well labelled, including cooking instructions and macros. The food tastes amazing as isn’t just rice or pasta. I am so happy with it, I’m now going to be a regular customer. Would definitely recommend!

I 100% would recommend anyone ordering from Fresh for their meal preps. They offer plans for so many peoples needs. I train at least 5 times a week, I'm trying to cut a little weight but make sure that I've still got lots of energy and not hungry so the protein meal packs have been fantastic for me. The meals are so nice, nothing what I've ever seen on meal preps before. They are different everyday and it's so good that you get split deliveries so that your food is fresh for your 5 day plans. It's been that nice, I've even got my parents hooked onto them too :)

Fresh the meal prep co , are an amazing meal prep who have helped me massively during the build up to my amateur boxing competition keeping me fuelled and on weight taking the stress out of dieting. The variety and taste are great to !
