I have recently changed over to this company and I have found them to be very helpful, friendly and professional. I was having some issues with accessing a website and they were able to help me.

On the transfer of our service from Brdy, we were temporarily disconnected, and Brdy gave us no advance notification. Bentley Telecom worked well to restore the service and my emails were replied to promptly by Katie, who was extremely helpful.

I was able to solve my problem and get my service back. Although I was without internet for nearly 4 days. All good now though!

We use Freedomsat as a backup system when the fibre is down and it always works perfectly, very helpful staff, easy to talk to someone in person, knowledgeable, highly recommended, been with them for over 8 yrs. They’ve enabled me to keep working when other options have failed.

We called FreedoSat because we have very slow broadband at the moment. We simply asked what options there were. Katie spent time with us to explain the options and answer a whole host of questions. She was very understanding and thoughtful. We have not had the installation of Via Sat yet, but the date is quite soon. It was lovely to speak to people who obviously take pride in the service they provide. At no point did we feel under any pressure to make a purchase.

Clear terms, good and prompt service. When we purchased FreedomSat 4G as a backup connection to our rural property where a landline connection was unreliable, the service worked as advertised and kept us online for work and friends at important moments. Getting access to a self serve portal wasn't the smoothest, which is the only reason this isn't 5 stars, but that may also have improved since.

Easy from start to finish. We have rural broadband at 50+ mbps. Were happy!

When the installer had finished he said it was working on 36.8 ,when l got home l tried one of my apps for internet speed and it said 22 and l tried the other app and that said 25,when we tried to download a program from catchup it took forever to download,so far a bit disappointed with the speed
