The rating is for today, a visit from Aaron from Leicester, to finally fit my shower enclosure ( ongoing since April the 9th this year ,09/04/2024.) A pleasure to see a young lad capable of doing his job in a professional manner , honest and capable. After 4 months of stress and anxiety it was a pleasure to have this visit from this young Leicester guy , who went above and beyond to carry out this repair and ensure all was perfect . Thanks Aaron a pleasure to watch you work and good banter between us ..

Renovo, has been working with Fortem for their Day Time Reactive and their out of hours Emergency repairs for a number of months now and it is evident by the swift turnaround of maintenance reports how much Fortem as a Company appreciate their residents and clients alike. The overriding factor for Fortem is Customer Service and quick responses to maintenance issues while ensuring any works carried out is done with minimal disturbance to the residents & they’ve clearly got this on point! Very professional services
I couldn't have asked for better service. David Broadway and Maria Fadeeva led me step by step though the entire property purchasing process; from selecting a property, finding the best mortgage offer to signing off the completion documents. Even after completion I was given follow up sessions to ensure all my questions were addressed. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Both David and Maria have extensive knowledge in their individual specialties and they go above and beyond by providing time to explain all the aspects of the purchases. I am extremely satisfied with their ability as well as the quality of their service, they are very honest and open , I felt complete trust in their guidance and recommendations. Many Thanks Jenni E
