The rating is for today, a visit from Aaron from Leicester, to finally fit my shower enclosure ( ongoing since April the 9th this year ,09/04/2024.) A pleasure to see a young lad capable of doing his job in a professional manner , honest and capable. After 4 months of stress and anxiety it was a pleasure to have this visit from this young Leicester guy , who went above and beyond to carry out this repair and ensure all was perfect . Thanks Aaron a pleasure to watch you work and good banter between us ..
Renovo, has been working with Fortem for their Day Time Reactive and their out of hours Emergency repairs for a number of months now and it is evident by the swift turnaround of maintenance reports how much Fortem as a Company appreciate their residents and clients alike. just had new kitchen fitted at Cambridge Gardens southport too many people to thank personally but to name Maggie taberner,Lucy, dave and Robbie and all the other guys involved. had the pleasure of them slightly longer than expected due to an unknown leak but they went that extra mile to resolve it. the finished result is perfect and we are very happy with it. huge thanks to all concerned. lynne and James paris

Just had a new kitchen fitted here at Cambridge Gardens, Southport. A couple of little hiccups/delays but once I spoke to Maggie Taberner (Customer Liason Officer) she always answered her phone or got back to me promptly and the problem/issue got resolved. Great bunch of lads also from all the different trade services, very helpful. Well done and thanks to you all.

They just pretend they care about our flat’s problem, which is the heaters not been working from day 1, for a month! Even though it has affected my health and I was in bed for 10 days, and could not keep up with my studies! They just don’t care!
