Easy to order from. Easy to communicate with customer service. Needed to figure out back order information.

Everything was well packaged and exactly what I ordered. This is the 3rd time I've ordered from folsom wine and spirits, and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

It took literally 4 weeks for my order, that said in stock, to ship out. When I got it, it wasn’t even the right bottle of whiskey. It was a lower priced, lower proof bottle by the same brand. When I brought this to their attention they only offered for me to send it back(full refund) or receive $40 returned to me. No offer to send the correct bottle and I felt overall I was over charged for the bottle I did receive. I will most likely look at other sites before considering reordering from Folsom.

The ease of setting up the account and the ordering process was so simple and easy. The Folsom Wine & Spirits pricing was very competitive and the shipping delivered to my house turned out perfect. I'm sold on the easy button I found with your company.

Communication was awesome and my purchase arrived when it was supposed to. Great deals! One of my go to sites for bourbon.

This was my first order with Folsom and unfortunately it took me over a month to get my order. With that said I think that it was just a shipping problem. Somehow my order was shipped to someone else who contacted me and let me know what happened. They did say that they buy from Folsom alot and usually don't have any problems. So I am planning to try buying from them again in the future and hoping to leave a better review. I did get my order and it was correct and packed very well. It is hard to get them on the phone sometimes but they do respond to emails within a day.

Placed an order and sent a note after three weeks to check on it and reply said it would be at least another week before the order could be shipped. Asked that the order be canceled. It was.

They had a good sale on Buffalo Trace and free shipping. It was a GREAT DEAL!!

The only thing that was NOT great was the delivery time. Otherwise Folsom Wine and Spirits were great. (Took nearly a month to receive my order). Still love Folsom.

Received the wrong item.spent my time and energy to return the product and received no consideration for my time.the day the product was scanned back at the warehouse my order was canceled and refunded my money even though the product was available 2 days later on the website and the price was increased.It definitely seems like you wanted me to keep the product that was shipped(cheaper and more readily available) and did not take any consideration to the customer. I didn’t receive any consideration for the extra $ I paid for insurance either.

Actually had the product that I was not able to get locally. Ordered online and received package quickly. Thank you.

Great company. I can't find anything here in the Houston area or if they have it's it's even more expensive then Folsom or allocated to special customers. Even though things are still above retail atleast Folsom has it hahah. Thx I'll cont to order and tell my friends about them too. Cheers everyone!

Good local liquor store with good prices and have some highly sought after whiskies you can’t find other places.
