My Clarett+ 8Pre, for which I paid around $ USD 1000 had a major hardware failure shortly after warranty expiration. Basically all the inputs ceased to work, making it useless. Overall it lasted less than 5 years, which is extremely poor for an expensive piece of equipment. The alternatives to fix it were really expensive and the trade-in value was peanuts. If you're looking for a safe investment for your studio and reasonable technical support, this is not the place. Die Lieferung kam sogar zwei Tage eher an als angekündigt. Das Produkt, ein refurbished Audio Interface, sieht aus wie neu und funktioniert einwandfrei.

Den Bestellvorgang empfand ich als intuitiv und überraschend einfach. Die Lieferung des Produktes ging sogar um 2 Tage schneller vonstatten als angekündigt. Die Ware war sehr sicher verpackt und kam unbeschadet bei mir an. Die Qualität der Ware, ein refurbished Interface ist top. Es sieht aus wie neu und funktioniert einwandfrei.

Excited to find a refurbished Solo on your site. It arrived looking brand new and working beautifully. It's nice to get some equipment that does what it is supposed to do and allows you to do so much more as a musician. Very pleased with the purchase.

"Refurbished" feels like an under sell. My device is about as close to brand new as picking it up off the conveyor. The price was phenomenal, shipping was fast, didn't even need customer support because everything was so streamlined.

Focusrite tech support is the BEST I've got 56 channels of Focusrite Rednet Dante gear. I've had tremendous support whenever I've had a problem. My oldest items are now over 10 years old, but Focusrite has helped keep them working perfectly. They're always ready to assist with parts and advice.

I ordered a refurbished item. Excellent quality sound, the interface was in great condition. It's practically brand new. Smooth, easy ordering and delivery process. I ordered from South Africa. It arrived in about a week. Expect customs at roughly half the value of the item (if using FedEx).

Overall I am very happy with the product, as well as the high level of communication and customer service I received.

I am just now getting to become acquainted with an audio recording interface. Reading some reviews of them on the internet I chose Focusrite. I feel that it will fulfill my needs with quality sounds once I learn how to fully understand how to apply the many features it offers. I know there are other interfaces available that can do more than the one I choose, but I feel Focusrite has the better qualities for the price that I could afford.
