I've been to the shop on Ventura Blvd and had them deliver to my house. Exceptional service both times! I placed an order on line and they called me almost immediatly to schedule the delivery. You don't get that kind of customer service from the big box stores. But you really must go into the shop. Wonderfully stocked with wine, liquor, accessories, and plenty of knowledge. I'd stay for the wine alone, but hearing their experienced staff talk about wine is worth the trip. They can answer all your questions. Just go! It's worth the trip. You'll be FINE.

Flask Fine Wines are "stand up" folks and I would be happy to do business with them again even though my experience did not start out that way. I purchased some bottles of a White Burgundy we are fond of from Flask Fine Wines and upon uncorking the first bottle, we knew something was wrong. The wine was a dark yellow/brown color and we knew this to not be correct. Long story short, after some investigation on their part, they determined that the winery had discovered a Premox issue with that particular year and offered us a full refund. Mistakes happen. It's how people fix it that determines average from great customer service and Flask Fine Wines falls into my GREAT category. Highly recommend FFW.

You made my day when Dębowa vodka showed up on your site and shipping was available to get it all the way here to Tennessee! It’s been my favorite for quite a while. The only disappointment is that out of all the flavors, you only have one. So make my day again and see if the others are available. Some of the other oak flavors are: black, white, red and duChène. They have several different containers, but I’m only interested in those mentioned here; especially duChène!

Finally found a reputable storefront online that sold a liquor that is nearly impossible to find elsewhere. Received my order within a week, packaged perfectly, and customer service was off the charts. I will absolutely buy from them again soon!
