Flask Fine Wines are "stand up" folks and I would be happy to do business with them again even though my experience did not start out that way. I purchased some bottles of a White Burgundy we are fond of from Flask Fine Wines and upon uncorking the first bottle, we knew something was wrong. The wine was a dark yellow/brown color and we knew this to not be correct. Long story short, after some investigation on their part, they determined that the winery had discovered a Premox issue with that particular year and offered us a full refund. Mistakes happen. It's how people fix it that determines average from great customer service and Flask Fine Wines falls into my GREAT category. Highly recommend FFW.
