Overall, things were fine with my order. I'd paid for overnight shipping which wound up being delayed, and once I got the order, two of the six bottles had some issues. In one, the cork part of the lid came unglued and was stuck in the bottle. I managed to fix it. In the other, the lid and plastic wrapping were both quite loose. Not deal-breakers in ordering from them, but a bit of a challenge.

I was surprised with the quality of support I received when there was an issue with my order. They were quick to respond to my questions and kept me updated with the progress of my order. The way a company handles problems is what brings customers back. 'l'll be back!'.

Flask Fine Wine & Whiskey has an outstanding collection. I searched all over for this particular vodka Debowa out of Poland and could only find it here. I'm in Georgia so it needed to be shipped cross country from California. Although they originally sent the wrong product, they quickly made it right and it arrived faster than expected! We received our delivery and were super excited since I can’t find my favorite beer from SF here in FL. When we opened it to have one they were flat with no head at all. They didn’t taste anything like I remember. Since I paid such high shipping cost I was expecting the beer to come in good condition. I will not be ordering again from here.
