Thanks to the First team, we now have all new doors and windows. The installers, Liam and Dan, are highly professional and personable. Within two days, they installed eight windows and two doors expertly with minimal impact on our household.

Pretty much from start to finish the experience of dealing with first home improvements has been a good one. From the polite gent that came out to see us; the staff over the phone and the fitter that came out to us. All have been exceptionally well mannered and professional and the workmanship by the fitter was second to none. Are they the cheapest, no, but you get what you pay for and you're paying for a top tier service. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have had new windows installed by First Class Improvements. From the initial discussions everyone has been helpful and knowledgeable. The installers Jamie and Harry worked very efficiently and kept everything running smoothly. They left everything clean and tidy. Follow up has been great and we are very pleased with the results. Windows look good,have reduced traffic noise and droughts! A good experience from start to finish.

The Installation team was 2 brothers Michael & Raymond Perry. They were extremely professional providing work of a very high standard & leaving the site spotless. First Home Improvements have just completed replacement windows in my bungalow. Darren Thomas and Archie Bovey completed the work. They were polite, clean and left the property very tidy. We needed a window replacing under warranty and the service engineer Jade Downs was fast, friendly and efficient in carrying out the job.

A good all round experience from the sales rep to the installation and follow up. I have very big windows, the replacements were fitted in one, very hot day. The team were punctual, courteous, and professional and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was done. I’m very pleased with the standard of the windows, the 12 year warranty and a reasonable price

Liam and Dan done a great job with the windows and door at our property. Their communication was great making us aware of how they’d done a certain thing knowing that we were to have the house rendered shortly afterwards.

All aspects of delivery and product were as explained to us. A first class product of double glazing and door. Lewis Caesam, Jamal Chikiti, Robert Crich and Teddy Campbell were all hard working and ensured they tidied up after themselves. Leaving our home much safer, quieter and warmer.

Jade, the Engineer, once again saw the problem and resolved it very quickly. His friendliness and professionalism was exemplary. He went over and above the requirements yet again. Should I need further service assistance, I would be delighted if Jade could be the prime Engineer. Thanks again to First Home and their staff.

Excellent product. The fitters were very polite and efficient, and cleaned up when finished. Customer service has been excellent. I would certainly us this company again.

Nails were left where our children play in the garden and where we park our cars. The company had to make a return visit to fit a missing stud and refix roofing felt. Biggest issue is with the scaffolders who damaged various plants which will not be cheap to replace and cigarette butt's left on property. Rep from First Home Improvements photographed the damaged and dvised that they would address in some shape or form but nothing has been forthcoming. Overall, not a great experience.
