The product is just what I exprcted. The installation team were efficient and tidy.

We had two windows fitted the year prior and thought they did a good job, especially since the front window was so big. Returning customer we got a discount on our next job which was a new front door plus side window. They also fitted five new windowsills around the house on the same day. There was a slight miscommunication between the guys and the office but they got the job done quickly and efficiently. A good workman will come, do their jobs clean as they go and all that should be left is the final product. So a big shout out to Jamie and David who did a fantastic job. We are well chuffed with the results.

Our window installation was done by Darren and Finlay to an excellent standard. They were both professional and polite from start to finish. Extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend.

I have bought a number of products from F1rst Home Improvement because I have confidence in this company. Jaz Powar fitted my new bay window recently; he’s a diligent man who worked extremely hard and professionally to provide excellent customer service and installation.

The installation boys were very polite and hard working they did their part in less than a day and only one little grease mark on the bedroom carpet. The scaffolding guys on the other hand were a bit rushed and not so careful and left serious scratching to a very pricey piece of pargetting.

We recently had our windows installed, and we’re really pleased with the final product, the features of the windows and overall product are top end of the market! The installation team, Carl Cheeseman and Lee Shrubb, did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and friendly, making the whole installation process smooth and pleasant it was a pleasure to have them in our home. Our sales agent, Slav, was also a fantastic and personable guy. The only downside was the pushy sales tactics that seemed to be more of a company approach rather than Slav’s personal style. We did have to negotiate a bit to get to a fair price, and it would have been nicer to have that transparency from the start. Overall, though, we’re very happy with the end result and grateful to Slav, Carl, and Lee for their great work

Tristian and Alison fitted my windows and they were on time, polite and friendly. They were effficient and tidy and really helpful, they were great representatives of Firsthome Improvements.

I would give 0 star if there was an option absolutely disgusting service. I had my windows installed in April but they ordered the wrong colour trim and ordered one of the window shelves in the wrong size. We waited for 1 month for another installation date. Me and my husband took the day off waited the whole day to be told in the afternoon that their van broke down apparently. We was then scheduled another month later for today’s date but again when we called to confirm if they would attend, first we was told their coming at 9, then 12 then we was told the engineers have called in sick. When we complained and requested this to be escalated they then lied and said apparently the order was wrong. 3 months down the line they are taking the piss. I have scaffolding at the front of my house for the past 3 months and it’s getting ridiculous. I have now been given another installation date another month later, absolutely disgraceful. I will be reporting them to financial ombudsman and FENSA. The whole experience from the beginning have been a nightmare even before installation we have had to have several conversations to get what we want right as they kept making mistakes. Avoid this company!

Great choice of products with helpful advice from the surveyor. David Twine and Richard Warner were very efficient, clean and tidy. They worked really hard in hot weather, were courteous and I am very pleased with a job well done. I would definitely use this company for any future projects and recommend them highly.

Our installation guys were Jordan and Rob, from the moment they knocked on our door to start the job they were very professional. Making sure our home was protected from footprints or covering the sofa with their cloths. They completed the job quicker than the expected 2 days. The job being 2 bay windows and a smaller window installed, it was not a small job but they did it with great detail and effort. The job carried out by them was nothing less than 5 stars. Very professional company, would use them again for any business relating to our home.

Great service from engineer Jade Downs - came out today to fix our bathroom window - very polite and solved the issue really quickly replacing the parts

Amazing from start to finish. Completely transformed my house. Had 20 windows installed - got another load to do…. Can’t wait! Big big big shout out to Josh & George. I’ll be requesting them for the next phase…. Went above and beyond. House is being renovated- they worked seamlessly through the chaos! Thank you All x

Our patio door and kitchen window was replaced this morning, and i am so happy with the result, a high quality product which I am sure will last many years. Kevin Kelsey was our Fitter. He is an absolute star, he explained everything and took the time to give us useful hints and tips to get the best out of them, and how to take care of them going forward! He is a perfectionist for attention to detail. It was a pleasure having Kevin here today. I would definitely recommend - this is a great product and I received excellent customer service right through from start to finish. Thank you!
