Would give 0 stars if possible. Attempted to purchase a Garmin 7X Pro but the address on the order was incorrect. When attempting to change to the correct address I was asked if I was be happy to ship the item to the wrong address. Then when trying to fix the issue was met with copy & paste responses, Rowland who is was dealing with clearly wasn't prepared to help. Though I confirmed all the details was told the address change was not possible due to 'Fraud.' Only option I was given was to cancel the order, now I have to wait for my money back. Horrendous company.

The online forms were straightforward. I ordered a watch in the afternoon and it arrived next day. Unfortunately it did not fit me and I had to return it.
