First class watches are exactly as it says 'on the tin'....First Class👍 I've purchased many Seikos from them over the years. Pretty much the only online seller that I use. The free watch bracelet adjustment/sizing is a nice extra. Also next day delivery if you purchase before a certain time. You can't knock that. Simply 'first class'👍

Dispatch was prompt and on time. The watch was exactly as described.

Great service as always I wanted a watch with a step-tracker and found a GShock that fitted the brief, a GBD800 in khaki green. I only mark down one star as there was an issue with the location that I arranged for it to be sent, not really the fault of FCW.

Fantastic company to deal with!! I have purchased several watches from First Class Watches now, varying from Sinn, Damasko and Squale over the last couple of years. The service that I have received has been fantastic every time. Delivery is always on time and preorder dates are accurate. Emails are dealt with quickly and there is always clear communication. My latest purchase has been a Damasko DK37. Rowland has been really helpful and has kept me informed throughout the order process and questions have been answered promptly. I have visited the store in Kenilworth twice and the team are always helpful and friendly to assist. So pleased to see that you stock and source such quality timepieces. I have given up using larger watch companies who never have stock, preorder dates are never accurate and customer service is none existent. Thank you for the service that you have provided me with over the years and I can’t recommend you highly enough to others. Excellent service.

Took almost 2 months to have the item delivered, had to chase multiple times. When the package was finally delivered the watch wasn't in there. I emailed immediately with a photo. They responded with please send photo (no specific details of the photo they wanted). When i responded with the photo I didn't hear back. When I followed up they said that it wasn't the photo they wanted and it was too pate to deal with it anyway. No refund or replacement item given.
