Simply first class.

Unfortunately I had to return the watch but First Class Watches customer service was exemplary. The watch arrived promptly and the return was seemless - Would definitely purchase from them again.

Item was down as out of stock for 6 weeks. I spoke to first class and they pulled out all the stops to make sure I received my watch within 2 weeks for a special event. Thanks first class team.

I had been looking at this Coach watch for a while which was more expensive on other sites so happy with my purchase delivery was very quick well packed would definitely recommend

I was very dubious about buying a watch online. First Class Watches changed my mind. From the moment I placed my order they kept me informed until my watch arrived. It was in pristine condition and very well packaged. They used DPD to deliver and was right on time. A great experience. 100% would use them again.

Phone first class watches to ask a quick question, was looking to sell a watch that I purchased from them previously spoke to Roland and before I could even say anything we are very busy on a Monday how can I help you. Had all the time in the world when I was purchasing told me unless it was a Rolex they would not be interested. Just felt very rude and very rushed does he not realise that we're all very busy personally I think when running a shop where word of mouth means a lot you should always make time for your customers as you never know who you're speaking to! I personally would never buy from them again I didn't mind that they didn't want to buy the item it was the fact that he didn't have the time of day for me. I bet if I was buying a Rolex he would have had a lot more time for me just disappoint.... My initial experience was quite positive and I saw and noted that they sold second hand watches in stock so I was just giving them first offer if they were interested.

Ordered a cracking Lacoste watch but it wasn't in stock got told it might be a few weeks which I was cool with as it was a great price......Arrived 4 days later. Great service. Great prices. Will defo buy from First Class Watches again and would highly recommend them

The watch is great, running a few seconds fast per day which is good for a mechanical watch, bought at a good price too, very happy with my purchase!
