We had a visit today from a service engineer, Jade Downs for some failed locks in our windows. He was very friendly, cheerful and efficiently sorted out the windows for us in a short space of time. Although not mentioned by us when booking the appointment he even offered to resolve the creaking sound in our front door. We appreciate the lovely service!

Had issue with door alignment! Service engineer Jade Downs was absolutely great from the off set ! gave me a call 45mins before he turned up and was bang on time 👍looked at door gave me full explanation then set to work 30mins later job done fantastic service and friendly thanks Jade 👍👍

The men that fitted the door were lovely they cleaned up afterwards and were very polite.

Installation was first class quick and efficient. Installer were friendly and helpful with any question. One slight issue with a lock which was resolved quickly after consulting after service care.

We purchased windows from this company some years ago. They are. Now subjecting me to unacceptable harassing with several phone calls a week. I have told them to remove my details from their data base several times, but they continue to call me. I am now considering a court injunction to stop this harassment

Had a replacement door and side window fitted, installer was very professional and tidy couldn't fault him, but noticed there was a small problem with the fascia and asked head office to ask the installer to call me to avoid a complaint, but up until seven days later had not had a reply from either head office or the installer, I managed to fix the issue myself so took no further action, such a shame as good experience otherwise.

The engineer was polite, told me what he was going to do. He fitted the new glass panel part, expertly, cleaned the new panel. I asked him if I could show him a problem I had with the patio door that was not closing properly and leaving a gap at the bottom that showed daylight past the rubber. He adjusted the door hinges, to facilitate the closing of the door correctly. He demonstrated the correct closing of the door, and cleaned the door and windows. I was more than happy with his work and politeness.

We were experiencing an issue with our French doors. I called First home improvements who were able to arrange a service engineer within 2 days. The Service engineer, Jade Downs was great, on time arrived around 11:10 this morning and he was very friendly, cheerful, chatty, happy guy and fixed the door in no time at all. its as if it new again. Thank you Jade. We just can't fault this company at all. Thank you to the customer service and engineer team. Great to be one of your customers.

Hi, I had David and Reese working on my house. I like to say they were such lovely people, their work was excellent, so impressed with how efficient they were.

Tyler, Liam and Edd arrived after the scaffold had been installed, to replace our soffits, facias and guttering. They are cheerful chaps, and they just went at it all the time they were here, they explained everything to me and have done a great job. The site was very clear of debrie and the house looks fantastic, thanks to them.

Liam & Dan where great, they where both polite and cleaned up after themselves, they are an asset to the company. However there was an issue with communication between the office staff and myself, the first insulation appointment had to be cancelled, however i only got informed of this mid afternoon on the day before via a voicemail message, (of which once i received i phoned straight back) to be told by the young lady sorry i can not help you , and can not get through to anyone that can help, can you wait for 1 1/2 hours for someone to phone back! i then had to chase them again and still they could not help, finally someone phoned back to rebook for another time. there where other communication issues besides this. but i have ran out of space to type anymore!

I rang the company last week with an issue regarding a door. I was told the engineer would be with me on the following Thursday. The engineer rang me that day and informed me he would be with me within 40 minutes. He turned up on time and I was treated with a big happy smile and a friendly chat. The engineers name was Jack Downs he was very knowledgeable about the company products and ensured me everything thing would be put right and working correctly. When Jack left I was more than happy with the work he had carried out. Nice chap and very friendly too, thank you Jack.

Darryl and Nathan were very friendly and professional. They kept me informed about what they were doing and the end product looks amazing. Looking forward to seeing what the next phase will look like

Charlie and Dave worked quickly with no disruption and left the site in pristine condition. They were polite and considerate throughout, and I am very satisfied with their work. If needed again I would not hesitate to call on First Home Improvements. I thoroughly recommend.
