Quoted 21 grand at the start and then called us and said 7 grand! Obviously trying to rip us off! Not recommended

I had 8 windows fitted Jake and Cameron were very professional with the fitting and respectful with my property. I am so impressed with the look and quality of the windows I have now ordered a new door . Yes they are very expensive but the service and quality items you get with First is amazing you get what you pay for, Iwould highly recommend. For all the negative comments on the pushy sales people you can always say NO and tell them to leave.

Thanks for First Home Improvements - Jack Brighmore and Luke Hollis installed our new bathroom window which now has a fire exit - great relief. Very polite guys and explained exactly what they were going to do and made sure we were happy with the end result. The scaffolders were also very polite which is so important when they are entering your property. All in all very happy customer. Thank you.

We had new doors and windows fitted at the start of 2024 and we couldn’t be happier. We did notice a seal on the back door was tucked under a little so contacted first home improvements and was told they would get someone out to fix it, (didn’t hear anything and completely forgot as it’s such a small issue) contacted the office today and had a lady called Eva out who took photos and has sent it to her manager Adam, we received an apology and it’s going to be sorted within the next week!

Where do I start! First Home Improvements have been amazing! Dominic visited our home at a time of our choice and which was convenient for us. It was a very cheeky request due to it being quite late in the evening but First Home Improvements accepted our request. Dominic went through everything in great depth and detail by the end of the consultation I felt I myself could sell double glazing with the amount of knowledge gained. My Husband and I really appreciated Dominic answering our never ending questions. We chose First Home Improvements as they cut out the middle man by them manufacturing their own products, it was a no brainer. The team also provide you to pay in monthly instalments, which has allowed us to pay in chunks rather than all at once. The cost of living is no joke so we also really appreciated the flexibility. Our back door was completely off the hinges and a huge security risk. First Home Improvements made sure we had an emergency booking and pushed our booking further up the que due to the severity of the project. The day of installation went so smoothly, quick and the team thoroughly cleaned up any and all rubbish. They were extremely friendly and answered a few more of my questions. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the finished result and will definitely be using First Home Improvements again in the very, very near future! Hello, thought I had already left a review but being asked for another so here goes. Really good windows, installers were brilliant as well as the surveyor and brickworkers. Really happy with rhe windows. Only downside was when putting the advertising board up, they attached it to our outside drain pipe and it pulled the drain pipe out of the guttering on the roof. Having said that, after bringing this up a guy called simon from 1st home.improvements called and sorted the issue out within a few days. Absolute star, top class. Thank you

Windows were replaced in the specified time and they swept up all the plaster etc after. Excellent job.

Thank you to First Home Improvements- today both Robert Banks and Nic Partridge fitted a back door (including a cat flap), as well as replacing the kitchen window, so that it matches the rest I have recently updated this year. I am very pleased with the finish, especially the care that goes into the trim around the windows - looks fab! Thank you!

We have very good experience with first home improvements. They installed for us windows and doors. They were very professional in their approach and knew what they were doing. With time there developed some issues with few windows’ hinges and one of doors. One window broke for an unknown reason. Jade Downs from their team came to inspect and timely replaced the new hinges, sorted out the door issues in a minute and replaced our window with a brand new one. Thats was unbelievable. He was very professional in his approach and caused minimal interruptions in our routine. I would certainly recommend them to anyone to who wants a professional team to do a high quality job for them. Whole team is very helpful, from colleagues answering the phone calls to the colleagues delivering the job, excellent team combination.

From consultation to installation everything went smoothly and took less 5 weeks from getting a quotation to installation. I would highly recommend F1rst Home Improvements as a professional team providing a high quality product at a great price.
