My experience was great with First Home Improvement because they’ve done the installation of my windows and door excellent and tidy.

I met with Asia from the Huntingdon office to discuss my requirements. She presented herself in a very professional manner, listened to what I wanted and showed me all the options available and I was able to make my choices. I was then contacted by the surveyor John and after that the office rang to fix an installation date. Kevin Kelsey arrived on the set date to do the installation. He was working alone as his work mate had unfortunately been involved in an accident. It was a wet and windy day and Kevin worked tirelessly to get the work completed. He was very professional, put dust sheets down and cleared up every scrap of rubbish when he had finished. His work was of a very high standard. There was one small issue where a window didn't open fully because the meter box on the wall outside obstructed it which none of us realised at the planning stage. However after a quick phone call to Adam at the office, a solution was put forward. I would highly recommend First Direct for their professionalism and quality of products and installation.

Well organised fitting, carried out effectively and efficieently

We recently had our windows changed after nearly 8 years in our property, I now wish we’d done it sooner. From the sales person, to the fantastic installers and then after sales this company has done everything they promised they would. We are so impressed and have recommended them to so many people. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

From the outset Asia acted in a professional manner, gave a thorough explanation of the company and product. When I decided to go ahead with new windows and french doors the process was fully explained. A few days later the surveyor visited to take the final measurements. I was working to a tight schedule and the company were able to accommodate my requirements. The fitting date was agreed, the installers Steve & Tadas arrived at the stated time. The replacement of the the bedrooms, landing, kitchen & lounge windows, kitchen door and french doors to the dinning room where completed in 2.5 days. The installers worked in a neat and tidy manner. Jack Brightmore & Luke Hollis came and installed our bay window and front door, they were very professional and worked well as a team. They cleared up all the mess and took all the old stuff away. They were very respectful and polite and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. Well done boys

We had our windows fitted by Ty and Kyle who were both friendly, very efficient and carried out the work to a high standard. I would highly recommend them.

The engineers who carried out the work were extremely friendly and courteous. They carried out the work to an excellent standard and left our premises in a clean and tidy condition.

Passers by have noticed the brick work as well as the window, as it was a floor to ceiling window and I now have half and half remarkably I haven’t lost light, much better opening , although I’m still waiting for the booklet on what the new window can do also the certificate , it’s hard to find a company that can do it all bricks and windows .I’m happy so far time will tell .
