Jake & Luke worked very hard it was very hot that day kept going all day it was a pleasure having them putting our window in done a very good job

Both the fitters Richard Gaskin and Jason Cooke were highly qualified, effecient and courteous. Upon arriving they made themselves known and immediately began work. I was expecting them in the pm but they phoned before hand and arrive before 8am. As I hadn't completely sorted out the area they requred they helped sort it out. They both seemed very professional and were completed before 12. They hoovered inside, swept outside and took all the rubbish away. I would have no trouble recommending First Home Improvements to any of my friends and neighbours. Well done lads.

The installation of new gutters, soffits, barge boards etc was completed by Tyler and Liam, from the Norwich Branch. A professional and polite duo, with good attention to detail, and respect for the property. They kept us fully informed as to how the installation was progressing and what to expect next, an excellent service. We are extremely happy with the end result.

Good experience from beginning to end it took two days to complete which was estimated despite a tricky very large bay window, good communication from start to finish the workmanship is excellent we are very pleased with it, I would like to thank Darren for his visits to our home which enabled the bay window to go ahead also we would to thank Mike and ray for their workmanship,professionalism and politeness whilst doing the job they were a joy to have around exceptionally clean and tidy workers very good attention to detail we are extremely happy with all the work done thankyou we would recommend

The whole experience from the start was relaxed and supportive. Initial contact was swiftly dealt with and our needs considered. Phyllis the consultant came, she was very nice and explained everything to us and nothing was too much trouble. The survey was pleasant and nice. Then we had the fitters who were quick, everything was done perfectly. They left my home really clean and tidy. They were accommodating as well . The windows are stunning, they make the rooms brighter and lighter. The head office, phoned up since the installation, to find out if everything is ok. We were kept informed about everything that was going on. The company is professional, very helpful and took care of us. I will use your firm again when I want windows and doors done again.

I am so happy with my new windows. John and Conor did an excellent job. It took them only a few hours to replace 4 windows. The windows have only been in for few hours and I'm really noticing the difference. They look fantastic and have really cut down the noise from outside. However, buyer beware they look so good you might have to decorate.

Sales process frustrating and nearly made me walk away, but that got sorted. The windows were installed by an excellent fitter, Jaz, who actually cared about his work and did a great job. Slight weld issue on a few window welds but Jade Downs the service engineer came and sorted with efficiency, so all in all a good service and good product once the order was placed.

Very happy with the service provided. Installation was completed and Michael explained fully the mechanism for ensuring the door is locked. Professional, polite and friendly. Recommend highly.

We recently had a visit from Basil, who was polite, helpful, and clearly trying his best—he came across very well and knowledgeable. However, the overall sales experience left us feeling quite uncomfortable. We were put under significant pressure to sign a contract on the spot with the promise of a £6,000 discount, dropping the quote from £19,000 to £13,000 if we committed immediately. The price continued to shift slightly based on various incentives—like displaying a sign, writing a review after fitting, or allowing marketing images. It felt less like a consultation and more like a high-pressure sales pitch. It was also clear that Basil was being heavily prompted by someone on the other end of the phone to close the deal, which made the whole exchange feel even more pressured and awkward—we felt quite sorry for him. When we compared prices afterwards, we were shocked to find that this company would be charging nearly double what others would—£19,000 (down to £13,000) for just 8 basic windows and 2 doors. I worry about how vulnerable customers, especially older people, might feel in this situation. Fortunately, my husband was there to help bring the meeting to a close. This experience has definitely made us more cautious. I honestly thought this type of hard sales was no longer allowed? I will be checking up on this and reporting to the necessary organisation if not. Update: I’ve since had another two quotes and they are both HALF the price of these cowboys lowest, super discounted, special offer, book now price!….. although I’m not really surprised.

From the first phone enquiry to the installation, the service was outstanding. We were listened to and didn't feel like we had a sales person in our home. The initial home visit was very relaxed and not pushy.We were given time to make decisions and choose the window frames and design that we wanted. Staff were patient with us when asking questions and all of our questions were answered well. Installation was done at a time that suited us and fitted around our schedule and was completed in two half days. The installers protected all our furniture and carpets, were courteous and respectful. They left the house and garden as they found it cleaning up after themselves. Neighbours have commented on not only how quickly the installtion took but how great our new windows look. The cost of our windows was super affordable without having to cut any corners. We were able to chose everything we wanted at a price that far out priced other quotes. We love our new windows. They have made our house look modern and one of the nicest in our street. I would highly recommend First home improvements.
