Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Wow! Ignat and Pavlin were brilliant. My front and back gardens look amazing. They cut the grass, removed the weeds, cutback and pruned hedges and shrubs in record time, leaving the steps and pathways spotless. Thank you both!
Fantastic Services poor area coverage and yearly subscription being useless
We contacted FS to get a cleaning service, they contacted us immediately and provided a team of 2 individuals to clean our property. After the first session they called us again and sold us the idea of a yearly subscription which we agreed as we were very satisfied with the cleaners. The subscription was sold as a way to get discounts on other services. We paid the subscription and one day later we got a call from our relationship manager to try to sell us other services, gardening one of them which we took. When asked about guttering and other services they told me , no worries let us check and we will come back with what it is covered in your area. Surprise was nothing else's apart from cleaning and gardening FS had coverage.
We decided to let it go as we were happy with the cleaning that was our main reason for hiring them
After a second session we started receiving cancellations and since last week we got an email stating that FS don't have cleaning services in our area. I asked for a refund of my yearly contribution as we couldn't benefit at all and their answer was you can still use your gardening service and I replied this is not the main reason why I hired you. I decided to cancel my next gardening service and asked them to cancel my account as we are very disappointed with the resolution to our query about getting back our yearly subscription, as we haven't benefited at all. FS is still calling, trying to convince us to stay for just gardening. I can't recommend this entity. Thanks
We just got a call from FS customer service, and they have agreed to refund us the yearly subscription fee hence we have increased the star rates. Thanks
The Company are difficult to deal with and are not helpful. Customer Service,is unhelpful and lacking in logic and commonsense. Last week I requested an additional one off cleaning slot. It took several days to get a reply from Fantastic admin. Then there was no logical help. In the end I sorted the issue myself.
Sanie is an excellent cleaner and we are happy with her work. However it is difficult to get messages to her since I am not at house when cleaner Sani is there.
Sangita is a great cleaner! She is punctual, polite and meticulous with her workβ¦.i just tell her wants needs to be done in the allocated time and she ensures that it gets done!
Asking Fantastic Service to arrange for the same cleaner to come each time, made all the difference. I now have a good relationship with the cleaner who is familiar with our house (and my habit of last minute rushing around clearing mess out of the way!) and they have been consistent in the service they provide.
